This is a bit "generalized" and might be confusing. I'm not saying that Anzu isn't beautiful; I'm trying to compliment her determination and such. Has anyone actually seen Anzu cry before?

You could never cry beautifully.
Girls who cry have sorry eyes.
Anzu does not have sorry eyes. She does not cry.
She does not give in.
Anzu is not cold. She is not weak. She is not afraid.
Anzu does not hide because she blinks back tears.
She does not lie because she blinks back sorrow.
Because, though pretty girls can weep beautifully; because, though fragile girls can flutter glistening lashes.
Because, though girls can look like diamonds when they cry, Anzu does not have diamond eyes.
She does not shed diamond tears.
She will not give up. She will never give up.
Gemstones are precious.
But Anzu has more beautiful eyes.

Supposedly, this drabble says something along the line of: Anzu does not cry because she doesn't cry beautifully. This is a bit of an insult because I'm saying that perhaps she covers this up by saying that she doesn't cry because she's stronger than most. However, doesn't that happen a lot in life? How some people mix up motives, or give new reason to things that seemed so petty before?
The last sentence was awful. Does anyone have a different suggestion?
