"Welcome to Saturday detention boys." Mr. Rick said facing Racetrack, Jack, Skittery, Kid Blink and Lexie.

"Welcome to hell. There will be no sleeping, no eating, no talking, no moving around from seat to seat, no paper air planes, and no spit balls. You will sit here until that clock says 3. You must raise your hand if you want to go to the bathroom, and it will only be one at a time. Have I made myself clear boys?"

"Yes Mr. Rick." Everyone said together.

"Good. Now your going to sit here and think about why your really here. I'll be in my office, right across the hall." They watched Mr. Rick leave and a smile came upon Skittery's face.

"Well boys, what shall we do?" Skittery said getting up out of his seat. He began eating an apple as he walked around the room.

"Um, Skittery, you heard Mr. Rick. He said that no one was allowed out of their seats and you can't eat in here." Lexie said.

"Says who Mush?" Skittery said.

"Says that sign posted right over that." Lexie pointed to a sign that read 'Library Rules: 1) No Eating or Drinking while in the Library.'

"Ah screw it. What's the worst that can happen; I get thrown back into detention? Oh what a shame." Skittery continued to eat his apple.

"Hey guys, which teacher would you like to hook up with?" Racetrack asked.

"Eww guys that's gross." Lexie said putting on a disgusted look.

"No it's not butt munch, you used to love this game." Jack said.

"It's not a game, it's a question." Lexie snapped back. Skittery got up and headed towards Lexie.

"So um, Mush, who was the last girl you did it with?" Skittery asked.

"Are you guys really like this all the time? Because if you guys are you live a very sad life. This is how you spend your time? Asking which teacher you would like to hook up with and sharing stories about the last girl you did it with? That's really low." Lexie said.

"Well Mush, you should know, you've only hung out with us for the past 13 years." Racetrack snapped back.

"You guys are ridiculous." Lexie got up and headed towards the back of the library where she found an empty chair and plopped herself down in one.

"Oh no Mush! You got out of your seat! You better get back before Mr. Dick comes back!" Jack yelled.

"Leave him alone guys." Kid Blink said getting up and walking over to where Lexie was sitting. "I'm sorry about them." Kid Blink said pointing behind him.

"I really just don't get them, I mean honestly. You would think that by now I would at least understand why they act this way, after all I have been with you guys for 13 years now." Lexie said lowering her head.

"It's okay; you don't have to pretend anymore." Kid Blink said smirking.

"What are you talking about? I'm not pretending."

"I know what's going on. I know who you really are..." He hesitated "Lexie."

Lexie's mouth soon dropped as she just stared at him. "You know? How did you find out?" She asked. "Oh wait, Mush right?"

Kid Blink just laughed and shook his head.

"So how well did you take it?" Lexie asked.

"Let's just say not really well. I was in total shock. At first I didn't believe it because he kind of told me on our so called date. Then I started to piece everything together. The way you two have been acting around each other lately, what you have been saying and such. I made him prove to me that he really was Mush, and let's just say that what he told me, better not get out to anyone." Lexie looked at Kid Blink and laughed. "So how have you been taking it?"

"Well I guess you could say I'm pretty use to it by now. I didn't take it to well at first. You know it was hard. It was basically adjusting to a whole new life. You had to learn to basically accept the person you became. I had to get use to living a different life, eating different foods, learning the ways of guys, but then again along the way I've really learned a lot. I know this is going to sound really crazy, but I wouldn't have changed this opportunity for the world. I really got to see life at a different angle and it really made me appreciate life more, and Mush more." Lexie said smiling.

"Wow. I don't think I could handle something like that."

"Trust me, you probably couldn't. Mush really has amazed me over the past few days. I never thought that I would ever have feelings for that kid. Up until now he was just some kid that I passed in the hallway and I tried everything that I could to avoid him. I basically hated his guts. I thought he was immature, self centered, arrogant, and basically a jerk. But through this I realized that what Mush puts on in school, is an act. He may have that bad boy image, but he's a good guy at heart. It just goes to show that you can't judge a book by its cover. You really should give people a chance before you start nitpicking at them." Kid Blink just stared at Lexie. He never saw this side of her before. Well actually this was the first time Lexie and he ever actually talked on this type of level.

"So what you're saying is that you feel that people should be given chances, even though you may hate them right now?"

"Yeah, I do."

"I know where you're going with this. You want me to give..."

"Chloe-Lynn a chance, yes." Lexie said cutting him off.

"I guess we could work something out."

"She's really not as bad as you think she is. I think that if you gave her a chance, you'll really like her."

"Oh I bet I will. First date she'll seal the deal with me."

"Don't hold your breath." Lexie said laughing.

"So now that you have experienced both worlds, which one do you like better?" Kid Blink asked.

"Actually I like being a guy better."

"Are you serious?"

"Heck yeah! I only need to get up five minutes before I leave school now. Don't need to worry about my hair, or what I wear. I can be lazy, wear baggy clothes, burp and do as I please, and no one will care. But as a girl, I have to make sure my hair is done right, make sure my make-up looks nice. Pick out my outfit the night before, pick making shoes, and so on."

"You know the funny thing about that is, us guys, don't really care. We could care less if your shoes match or not, we don't look at your shoes. We don't care if you're wearing make-up, because we don't notice. All we care about is whether or not that skirt is painted on or just really short."

"So I've noticed." Lexie and Kid Blink both laughed. Racetrack, Skittery, and Jack finally came back to join them.

"Look Mush, we've sorry. We didn't mean to act all rude or whatever towards you." Racetrack said apologizing.

"It's okay guys, really. No need to apologize." Lexie said.

"Good because then I'm taking back my apology."

"So uh, Mush, which teacher would you like to hook up with?" Skittery asked again.

Lexie just looked over at Kid Blink and smiled. Finally she answered, "Depends if your talkin male or female."
