Disclaimer: If I owned it I wouldn't be writing Fan Fictions, I would be writing the 6th book.

The rain poured down on Harry Potter's face. It mixed with the tears as he stood motionlessly. He stared at her body in the casket. It was hard to believe that Hermione Granger was gone forever.

The pastor continued to go on and on about a Hermione that didn't exist. The pastor didn't mention that Hermione had been the brightest witch at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He didn't mention Hermione's fiery spirit, her bravery.

Harry averted his eyes from the lifeless form in the casket. Instead he looked at Ron. Hermione's death had hit Ron very hard. Ronald Weasley, the one of the trio who rarely showed emotion, had been crying non stop when he thought others weren't looking.

Just now Ron was staring up at the sky. Because of the rain it was hard to tell if he had been crying again. Harry set his hand on Ron's shoulder and they looked at each other. A tear rolled down Ron's cheek and was washed away by the rain.

Together they walked up to the casket and Harry took Hermione's cold hand. Ron choked back a small sob and kissed her forehead lightly. Harry kissed her cheek, like she had done to his so many times.

"I love you too Hermione." Harry whispered.

"I'll miss you Hermione, watch over me." Said Ron.

Harry and Ron finished saying their final goodbyes to their best friend, and Harry knew that he would never love again.
