To those who may grieve my death
You say how pale and white this skin
How coldly closed eyes that were fire
That I look so much at peace now
The peace I never knew
Suddenly I am every virtue
A tortured soul tossed by tides of pain
You give me all the love I cannot feel
Though it may seem to you
This is the end of my long day
As the body hangs empty
Abandoned chrysalis
I don't die
I only
If only
I dream again; I reach again
Another sky opens
And the spirit will burn
