"Cody, a letter is here for you," replied Cody's mom.

"Not now mom. Can't a eight year old get enough sleep?" said Cody groggily.

"Well, I'll read it. It's from some Rescue Aid Society," she said.

"Oh, all right. I'll read it," said Cody groggily.

He took the letter and read it out loud. It said:

Dear Cody, I am happy to announce that Bianca and I (Bernard) are going to get married. We want you, Penny (a girl of which you don't know) Jake, Luke, and Ellis Mae, Emerude to attend at New York City Fantasy Chapel of where we are to have the wedding. Please come on Saturday May 21st 2005 5:00 pm A. S.A.P and the reception is at 6:00pm. See you then. Sincerely, Bernard Mouse.

"You are not going Cody," said Cody's mom. "It's ridiculous, and you got a letter from a stranger."

"But mom, we already saved up enough money to go to America," protested Cody.

"Cody, if you go by yourself, you'll be kidnapped," replied Cody's mom.

"You have a cell phone. Just give me your number and I'll contact you when I'm in trouble." said Cody.

"Oh, alright. Let's pack our bags. I'll accompany you on the trip." gave in Cody's mom.

"Yes!" cheered Cody.

Hours Later...

"Let's take the ship next time. I'm scared of heights!" reminded Cody.

"Oh, come on. You endured your first flight," laughed Cody's mom. She waved a taxi. "New York Minute Hotel please." She said to the driver.

Cody went in the taxi with his mom. He looked out the window. "It's so different around here." Commented Cody.

"Cody! Over here!" shouted an unfamiliar voice. It must be Penny, the girl Bernard and Bianca had mentioned in the letter they gave me. He smiled back, and waved.

"I'll be back mom!" called Cody as he rushed out from the taxi door and ran out to meet Penny.

"Hi! My name is Cody. I'm here for Bianca's and Bernard's wedding," introduced Cody. With that, he took her hand and shook it. As he did so, he turned a little bit red.

"I'm Penny. I'm going to be the flower girl in the wedding," said Penny. She put a flower in Cody hair. "Gosh, thank you," he said embarrassed. He hasn't told Penny, that he kind of liked her, and he was too humiliated to tell her!

"Where is Bianca and Bernard?" asked Cody. "Relax, Cody. They're in my pocket," replied Penny. She put her hand in her pocket and pulled out Bianca and Bernard.

"Hi there Bianca. And Bernard," said Cody cheerfully
