Raccoon City had finally recovered from the damage the G-Virus had caused to it. With the closing of Umbrella, the city was finally ready to move on. But what happens when a crazed former employee releases an enhanced strain of the G-Virus?

Prologue

Another normal day in the Raccoon City, businesses booming, people living a great wash. But, for one citizen things weren't to good. Raymond Cawein, a former lab worker for the Umbrella corporation walked down the street with a menacing look on his face. Raymond has once been a top assistant for the creator of the G-Virus, but when Mayor Smith advocated the Umbrella corp. and forced them to close down operations. "Tonight is the night, the night i bring this town down" Raymond uttered to himself as he walked past a man and a women holding hands. "Once i release the strain of the G Virus, i'll finish packing my things, and take the 7:30 out of this god forsaken town!". Raymond fastened his pace up as he headed towards Raccoon City Park. As Raymond approached the park, he saw something that made him begin to have a change of heart. Raymond stared at a women watching her two kids play tag. "What am i doing? Have i really sold my soul to the devil? Am i really going to release the G-Virus on this town and kill these innocent kids?". Raymond sat down on a bench in the park, and opened his jacket up and stared into his pocket at the vile of the G-Virus. "Do i release the virus, or do i do the decent thing and destroy this vile and continue my life here in the City?". Raymond stood up and headed back to his apartment, when he saw something that put an evil grin on his face. Raymond looked over hobos lying on the ground, using newspapers for a blanket. Raymond laughed and turned around and headed into the park.
