(this story is dedicated to Kitty Kat, because she asked for more one shots, and also because I did a Hazel story and she wanted to.)

Ellie- Truth or dare?

Jimmy- Truth.

Sean- Truth.

Ellie- Truth…Hazel?

Hazel- Truth.

Ellie- OK, so what are you doing in detention?

Jimmy- Out with it Aden!

Ellie- It's either that or take a dare.

Hazel looked up at Ellie, who had an evil grin on her face. Of course she would. Anybody would kill to know something about Hazel that Paige probably didn't know. Not to say that they're connected or anything, I'm not going to sink as low as Sean, making remarks about Hazel having to lick Paige's boots before she goes out. I'm not like that.

So I'm sitting there, being the innocent bystander, doing some math homework and occasionally folding an origami figure. You know, not getting in the way of people who aren't socially inept. It's not like I'm upset by it, this has always been the way things are done. The only way I had interaction with people like Jimmy, and his friends, is through Ashley. And the only way I had interaction with people like Ashley is because of our parents. Yeah, I'm not claming that I don't have friends. I do. And although JT is socially acceptable and sits with the popular grade tens at lunch, I can deal with that. He's my friend. I'm happy for him, that he has these joys and the stories to tell about his cool friends.

"I dare you to... kiss… Toby!" I Don't remember who said it but really, I'm sure my whole head perked up on its own. My brain stopped for a second, pausing only to register the feeble laughing of everybody around. Typically, my heart is pounding faster than a hundred kilometers an hour and I'm freaking out.

Well, yeah, I've kissed Kendra, but still. I hate to say this, even to think this, but if you even try to mentally compare kissing Kendra and kissing Hazel, there is really no comparison. And even though that train of thoughts was horrible and I'm straining from horrible guilt, I manage to see that Ellie and Sean are looking at each other and laughing, and Jimmy is watching me and I'm watching Hazel walking towards me, coming closer…

Suddenly she's kissing me, and time stops. She stands up and very quietly, so nobody else sees, she whispers in my ear, "You're not a bad kisser, Toby," and winks at me. She walks away with the air of one who's satisfied with something and not going back for more.

I'm OK with that, because an angel just kissed me. An angel just kissed me and she told me that I wasn't a bad kisser. I bet JT, social and cool as he his, has never been told that by an angel. Hey, I bet he's never been kissed by an angel in the first place.

(remember to review, and if you've got some spare time maybe you'd like to read and review some of my other stories? grins suggestivly). ok that's it.
