Xander was the first one to say anything that didn't involve Buffy's death.
"What happened to the crazies? They just disappeared."
"Right now I can't bring myself to care," said Giles.
In another part of town a diverse group of men and women stood in an abandoned warehouse having a silent argument.
"I won't let you do this again. I'll slow you down and stop you," thought the male.
"Pu-lease-did you notice how well you did last time? It'll take years, but I will make the Slayer and the Key suffer. And get back to my throne," thought the female.
