(A/N: Just a poem I wrote about Otto Octavius...so I put it up for people to read. )

It was your time

You used to exist in a happy way.

But now you're all gone...You couldn't stay.

The world turned and now is against you.

And you tried to solve their problems that were much over due.

You thought you could help, and maybe you could.

But you listened to the voices; that never understood

the difference between right, the difference between wrong.

It was all out there for you.. But now it's been too long.

You've been alone, nothing's there.

There used to be love, but now you don't care

You stole what you needed, killed what you loathed

And then you went to hiding behind the glasses and trench coat.

You were drowning in sorrow and now it's all lost.

You saw the web-slinger, and paid a dreadful cost.

You handed him over just to be killed.

But you knew it wasn't over and your heart was still chilled.

You moved on to the expiriment and was responsible for lives lost.

Spidey escaped to stop you; you lost control and paid the cost.

The face was shown before you knew .

And in horror, you must have withdrew.

"Brilliant but lazy" you once said.

To a boy with issues he couldn't fight from his head.

But now he stood in front of you, in the costume you hated.

"It couldn't be Peter Parker!" you had thought, dearly frustrated.

He showed you the error of what you had done,

but you couldn't take it back and and to finish this one.

The tenticles shot around his neck in an angry fashion

and Peter continued to talk with a certain passion.

You let him go, you knew what you had to do.

You told him to escape, before his time was due.

You watched him fly away, with a girl in his hands

And you pulled down the expiriment, withering the strands

of your life, that had been taken away by the voices and strife

and the loss of someone important in your life.

You tore it down and paid the price

you had given up more than just your life.

You thought, "It was her life I had cost her..."

But then you went down saying, "I will not die a monster."

The voices squealed. "Father! We are frieghtened! Hold us!"

But their voices now seemed like a hush.

Beacuse as they said it, there was no reply...

Only because, it was your time.
