1. Prologue- A devil and a witch?!
Two figures.
Two dark figures stood separately on top of the tall trees surrounding the little Sohma residence. One figure had blond hair- in black, long clothes; the other had dark hair also in black.
"Uh, you know Shinzuki... I think this bunch of people are going to be a bit... difficult?"
"Feh. Difficult my head. I've checking this people out... they're quite interesting... and I have an idea for them too!"
"Uh-oh."
"Would you quit saying that any time I say 'idea'?"
"Nope."
"Grr... Hmp."
As the figure addressed Shinzuki gave out an unusual 'growl', a sharp, diabolic fang was shown between the normal ones.
"You know, Bakuun. I think... we should be heading back. The sun should be rising..."
"Why? Lil' Shin-chan is scared?"
"I'm not!"
Shinzuki started yelling, and making the other girl, Bakuun giggle.
Not knowing... that they were being heard over in the residence.
The Cat and the Mouse awoke in their independent rooms. The silence of the night was broken by strange figures. They stared out the window, seeing nothing... but heard strange, unusual voices...
"What the hell?"
Kyou jerked his head around to find two figures standing on trees...
'Huh? This is not right...'
"Umm... Shin-chan?"
"What!"
"I think some one spotted us..."
"Damn it. It's all your fault."
"Why?"
"Shut up!"
The two just disappeared, leaving the Cat all confused.
