Later that day, I heard someone coming up the stairs to my room. Who-ever-it-was was a man, he was almost stomping up. My father doesn't step like that... I wonder who it is...?
The door creaks open, "Who is it?" I ask. I could not see who it was, for it was very dark in my room tonight.
No response. I shivered, it is so cold, and no one is awake...
I close my eyes and try to sleep.
I wake up and walk onto my balcony, am I still asleep? I look around and turn to the doorway, to see that 'Link' boy again. I open my mouth to ask him what he is doing out of the dungeon, but no sound comes out. Had he cast a spell to stop me from screaming?
"Listen, princess. I won't take 'no' for an answer. You are in grave danger.." He says walking towards me. I feel his cold, clammy hand on my shoulder as he leans forward.
I open my eyes to see Ganondorf above me so I scream out and he staggers backwards.
Impa runs in and Ganondorf says "Calm down, Impa. I was...--only going to warn the princess.. That boy got out of the dungeon." Ganondorf turns to me, "I'm sorry I startled you, Princess." I nod, still breathing swiftly
Impa and Ganondorf leave to discuss the way he escaped.
I feel something warm trickling down my neck, I put my hand there then look at my hand. I am bleeding... Had I been bitten? But... By what?
I walk over to the mirror and find two holes right on my neck. Why don't they hurt, though?
I walk down stairs after Ganondorf and Impa, to find them gone.
"Impa?" I call out, my voice echoes along the large hallway. I start to run after them. Where did they go? Why can't I see them anymore?
...Am I alone?
