Just a little piece of poetry that was inspired by seeing a picture. I don't own anything LotR related.
Hurin Hui, Hwinyalosse
Hidden night, swirling snow
Hurin hui, hwinyalosse
Darkness in the forest comes
Hiding what we want the most
Creeping figures, glowing bright
To the West they go
Flowing cloaks and silent horses
Leaving the only home they know
Winter begins to touch the ground
As Middle Earth they leave
The land shall miss the Elven folk
Forever shall it grieve.
All that's left is silent halls
That once shone light and fair
The people now shall be forgotten
For no one else shall care
My brethren trees are dead with cold
We wait for spring to let us grow
In hurin hui and hwinyalosse
The hidden night with swirling snow
Review and tell me what you think.
