Note: This is about the two characters Blackrose and Kite from the game. This is also my first one-shot fic, so please review!
Cherry Blossom Sky
"Wh..where are we?" asked a very confused Blackrose.
"I don't know," Kite answered, looking around. It looked very innocent. No monsters or portals in site. No treasure boxes. No anything. It was just a large cherry blossom field. The ground was littered with the beautiful pink petals of the cherry blossom.
"How'd we get here?"
"I don't know. I guess after we beat that data bug, we were transported here... but why?" Kite questioned, sitting down on a tree stump.
"It sure is beautiful," Blackrose commented, looking around. Kite smiled.
"It is," he said, looking around, admiring the beautiful field. As he looked around, he spotted a pond.
"Wow! Blackrose! Look at this!" he exclaimed, running to the pond. It was small, about 5 feet deep in the middle and had a waterfall falling into it from a cliff above.
"Wow!" she repeated as she seen what her partner was looking at. Unknown to Kite, Blackrose got a smirk on her face. She silently crept up behind Kite and pushed him into the pond.
"AHHHH!" he screamed as he fell in. Blackrose giggled as he came up from under the water. He frowned at her, then when she least accpected it, he splshed her.
"Hey!" she said, patting her, now wet, suit. As she was distracted and trying to dry her suit, Kite swam to the side and grabbed her ankle and pulled her in. She slipped in from the force of his hand. Kite laughed as a very angry Blackrose surfaced. After glaring at him, she then splashed him.
"Ack!" he yelped at getting splashed. They continued having a little splashing fight for about 10 minutes.

"That was fun!" Blackrose commented as they got out of the pond.
"Yea, it's nice to have a break once in a while," Kite added, ringing out his hat. Blackrose layed down next to a tree. She breathed deeply to take in the smell of the cherry blossoms. After his cap was damp, not soaking wet, he placed it back on his head. As he noticed Blackrose laying down, he got up and picked a rose from a nearby rose bush.
"Here's a rose for the beautiful Blackrose," he said as she opened her eyes and blushed. She sat up and accepted the rose.
"Thank you, Kite," she said and placed the rose behind her ear. Of course she removed the thorns, first. Kite sat down beside her. He looked at her and pushed back a peice of her short, whiteish pink hair that hung on her face. As they looked into each others eyes, their faces started to draw closer as they pulled into their first ever kiss.

Of course, unaware to the two 'love birds' they were being watched.
"Look at those two. See, I told you this was a great idea!" commented Mistral. Balmung sighed.
"I knew from the moment I saw those two together they were very much infatuated with each other," Balmung commented, putting down his binoculars.
"Yea, and I bet they enjoy the break!" said Sanjuro.
Thanks to their nosy partners, Blackrose and Kite were able to enjoy a nice little break from fighting monsters and have a little free time for themselves.
