Rath does not belong to me tears (I wish)

Dreams are said to be everlasting ecstasy

But no one can dream forever

And no one can be happy forever

I am a doll cast in a nightmare

Manipulated by the strings attached to my body

A puppet without thought

A puppet without emotion

A puppet without life

There is no escape and no waking up

A part of me that should have died

Is clawing its way out

Its scars are ones that never heal

I am a prisoner trapped in my own cage

A demon inside a child's body

The pain born in my soul is overwhelming

It threatens to engulf me whole

Stop it

Stop it please

Before all I can do is cry

I am a doll with nothing left

But my hatred and my regrets
