All Mighty
Bilbo: In all my years of traveling, I have noticed one thing: Not all battles are won with swords. Sure you can just stick a blade into someone and, there, they are dead and over with. You win.
But, unfortunately, Hobbits aren't much good with swords, our arms are too short. Therefore, we win our battle with words.
Which be mightier,
The pen or the sword.
When used against thy enemy,
And for thy Lord.
Be it the blade,
Of cold metal wrought.
Black, biting steel,
With which battles are fought.
Or be it the pen,
Of dark ink flowing.
Setting thoughts down on paper,
For all others knowing.
Though different they are,
Each in strong in its ways.
One kills thy enemy,
The other does sway.
So when the time comes,
To face they own foe.
Choose wisely or else,
You'll face thy own woe.
