AN: I had an urge to write a Card Captor Sakura ONE SHOT, it's a change from my normal Harry Potter, hope you like.
Damn you Li you promised me you would come back. You promised!
Sakura ran through the empty streets of Tokyo, the pouring rain adding to her tears and smudging the ink on the envelope in her hand.
She didn't know where she was running to. But she just had to get away. Get away from them. Away from the memories.
Stopping to catch her breath she looked around. She was at the base of Tokyo Tower. Shrugging she pulled out her key, "The key that hides forces of darkness! Show your true shape! I, Sakura command you under the covenant! Release! Fly!"
The card lifted her up into the air, one hand held onto the key, the other onto the letter. She landed gracefully on top of the tower, and sat down her feet hanging over the edge.
Damn you Li.
Sakura sat there lost in thought, her mind going back and dancing through the memories of her and Li. She remembered the first time he had come to class, glaring at her the whole time, her memories shifted to a much later one when they were fighting the fire card, and he jumped in to save her, much like he did with the sword card.
Sakura sighed and sniffed. But now, now he wasn't coming back. That's what the letter had said. He had been killed in a training accident, and he wasn't coming back.
"Damn you Li!" she shouted out across the sky before leaning forwards and slipping off the top of the tower.
