Standard disclaimer: Disney = Rich, Me = Poor, Ownership of Lizzie and co = Disney, What I own = Nothing.

Ok, I know I promised this 5 months ago, but here it is. The long awaited sequel to Miles Apart - Together At Last. Just as I began Miles Apart from Gordo's perspective, it seemed only right to begin the sequel from the same perspective. Fair warning, this is extremely mushy, at least in the beginning.

Chapter 01 - Honeymooners
"I do." Two weeks have passed since his then fiance had said those two simple words and become his wife. Even though two weeks had passed, even though the pair of lovebirds had just spent the last two romantic weeks in paradise as they honeymooned in France, it was still hard to believe that he and the love of his wife were now Husband and Wife.

They had chosen France, because it was where their relationship had finally been realized. They had both loved each other at a distance for a long time, without even fully realizing it, they had even kissed before then, both in The USA and in Rome, but it was in France where Gordo finally worked up the nerve to tell Lizzie that he loved her, it was in France where they had shared their first real kiss, gone on their first real date. Where else could they go to celebrate the crowning moment of their relationship. Where else could they go to consummate their relationship at last.

Lizzie and Gordo had been able to get the very same luxury suite at the same hotel that Lizzie had been in when Gordo first told her that he loved her. They spent two weeks in absolute bliss, enjoying the fact that they were now one.

While Gordo was once again reminiscing on this, as well as just thinking dreamily of the one he loved with all his heart, Lizzie spoke up, and he turned and looked into her beautiful eyes.

"Elizabeth Gordon," she said, once again, "I just cannot say that enough."

"And I cannot hear you say it enough my love." he says before he kisses her and then places his arm over her shoulder.

"Do we really have to leave?"

"You don't really want to stay here forever do you?"

"Mmm, tempting. Stay right here in this bed with the one I love forever."

"As much as I would love that as well, you would miss your family if you never went back to see them, besides, we have to get back to sign the closing papers so that we can move into our house."

"'Our House', I like the sound of that too. Ok, if we must leave the honeymoon, at least it is to start our real lives together."

"Exactly Lizzie darling, everything before we were together was just practice, my real life starts here, with you, because without you, I'm nothing."

"You should stop being so romantic, you were so close to convincing me to leave, now I just want to snuggle close to you again."

Ok here it is, the inaugural (short) chapter of Together At Last, I know, it was extremely mushy, but it was the last day of their honeymoon... Read and Respond everyone, should I keep going with this or scrap it and try something different?
