Faith was sick of hanging around the basement-hovel of a pub. Everywhere around her, students were drinking away exam anxiety, love troubles and general boredom. Buffy, however, was nowhere to be seen. Nobody she had asked knew Buffy or where she lived and the campus was large enough that Faith had no intention of wandering around aimlessly. It was getting late and Faith supposed she would look for her again in the morning.

Besides, she was about to smack the man standing next to her. He had been trying to chat her up for the last hour. She half-listened, mumbling replies every now and then.

"I don't think he's coming. Forget about him. Anyone who would stand up a beautiful girl like you doesn't deserve you," he crooned, running a finger up her bare arm.

Faith sighed and turned to him. "Really? Guess that goes with that 'we're all looking for someone' shit you were spouting earlier."

He blinked once or twice, at a loss for words for the first time that evening.

She looked him up and down. Not bad – slim but with decent muscle tone. Nice eyes too. Why not? Not like she was gonna find Buffy tonight and crashing on campus meant she could get an earlier start. "So – you got a name?"

"Parker. And you?"

"Faith. Look Parker, let's cut to the chase. You want to fuck me or what?"

His jaw dropped. "W-What?"

She leaned closer, resting her hand on his thigh. "I asked if you want to fuck me? You know make with the naked, insert tab A into slot B, do the horizontal mambo…"

He swallowed nervously, eying her breasts, which were threatening to pop out of her top as she leaned even closer. "Well, yes actually."

Faith grinned. "Great. So you got a room around here, Parker?"
