I really don't understand her, I frequently put her down, shoot her, hurt her and yet she still comes back to me, professing her undying love for me. I don't think I noticed her beauty until after she helped me fight my inner demons, albeit she did hit me, but I forgave her, I had to, I was beginning to see her in a different light and I realised how much she went through to stay at my side.
I thought my love lay with Hyatt until I finally saw her true self, she just wasn't Excel, except at the time I didn't know that I thought it was just that she kept dying all the time, but alas it wasn't.
When I shot Excel and left her to die knowing that the wheel of macrocosm was in the hands of That Man, I didn't know that a part of me died then as well, letting the demon to continue controlling my mind.
Except she came back! I couldn't believe it after what I had done I thought if she was still alive that she would keep away but still she didn't she came, determined to help Across and me.
When Excel punched me determined to help me I forgot my anger at being punched and saw her for the first time. And falling with her down that hole, that was an amazing feeling.
And now I finally realise what I felt all along who my real angel was and always will be.
