A/N: Thanks to all of you who read and reviewed 'Nagagami'. This is for you.
Omigami
"Step 1: Spread sheet on flat surface."
"Yoji...? What are you doing? Why am I on the kitchen table?"
"Because the directions say to spread you on a flat surface."
"What directions?"
"These ones."
Yoji held up an Origami manual, that had the 'ori' crossed out and replaced so that it read 'Omigami'.
"Umm... Yoji..."
"Step 2: Fold square in half, making sure the corners meet. How the hell am I supposed to... Ok Omi, I need you to get off the table and touch your toes."
"Ummm..."
"Just do it."
"Yoji... are you SURE you're not drunk?"
"Bend over PLEASE?"
"Fine."
"Step 3: Remove all dust particles and smooth out all excess wrinkles."
"Dust particles? What do they-"
"Take off your pants, Omi."
"Are you sure?"
"Omi.."
"How come I have to take MY pants off and you don't?"
"Fine. I'll take mine off too."
There was the sound of zippers, snaps, and rustling cloth, followed by...
"Yoji, I really don't see what the point to all this is..."
"Step 4: Pull crease with forefinger and thumb of one hand, and insert forefinger of free hand into the new fold."
"Umm, Yoji?"
Yoji turned around to see a very amused Ran standing in the doorway.
"You know, you'd have a better time of it if you put the booklet down."
"I knew that."
"Sure..." Ran waved to Omi and walked out of the room. Yoji sat the booklet on Omi's back.
"Ok, Yoji? My back is starting to hurt..."
"Then put your hands on the table."
"Ok..."
"Now let's see... insert this into here..."
"Yo- ah, ah..."
"and pull this like... this?"
"Ohhh...ah..ah..."
"or is it like this?"
"mmm...oh..ah...that feels SO good..."
"Am I doing this right?"
"ah...ah..what?"
"Am I doing this right? I can't really read the directions with you rocking like this."
"mmmm.....ah, ah...yeah...yeah, I think you are..."
Ken turned around on the couch and looked into the kitchen. "Ran?"
"Hn?"
"Why do I get this strange feeling that that is NOT what the guide meant by 'Paper Cranes in Four easy Steps'?"
"Because it's not. But you have to admit, it IS a very interesting take on the concept..."
