Yaaaay! I wrote the Bible! Not the real one of course... So now that Ginny's read the book, what'll she do? Time for Ginny to go down and face the twins!
Epilogue
Ginny finished the book and laid it down, a thin Cheshire like smile up-turning the corners of her lips. After reading that, she definitely had a new idea about her desires for playing for the Gryffindor team. Slowly, she walked downstairs, turning the book over in her hands the whole way.
"What'll we try next George?"
"I dunno Fred, I don't think our next experiment is as important as our next Guinea Pig. Ginny's hair did look rather interesting as the colour of septic sludge." The twins sat at the picnic table in the backyard whispering. The table was well hidden under a low-branched Oak, which was their cover from their insane, irate and out for blood baby sister. Before they could choose their next victim, they heard the one voice that ran their blood cold.
"Fred? George?" The twins turned to see Ginny standing there, her hair back to its natural colour with the same Cheshire smile on her face.
"Yes Gin?" Fred asked, visibly quaking. He hoped that her Bat-Bogey hex wasn't coming. He could see George's eyes squinched shut in anticipation.
"I found this," Ginny tossed the Bible on the table between them. They looked at it in shock. "and decided that I'd like to be a Beater instead of a Chaser. What do you think?" The boys let out identical sighs of relief.
"I think it's a great idea Ginners. You would make a great Beater." Fred's eyes were still wide. "Is that really all?"
"Well I was wondering, could you help me practise?" Ginny's eyes twinkled with mischief that the twins couldn't place.
"Sure."
"Good... Really good..." Ginny turned around and walked into the house. As she opened the door, she muttered to herself, "Rule #19: Heads can look like Bludgers from a certain angle..."
Fin! I hope no one was offended or anything by my making Ginny want to be a Beater. Even before she became the 'new' Seeker, I always saw Ginny taking over in the place of Gred and Forge... Au Revoir!
