Coco was monitoring the one that all of sudden was in one of the poisonous plants that he had been looking for recently.
He was shocked this person was even still alive to start with as the poison that they were covered with originally had been absorbed into their body thus he quick to notice this once he realized something else about them as well.
They appeared to be sweating heavily at first though their vacant eyes and blank expression was showing no sign of being exhausted or getting tired from killing and eating the wildlife here with their bare hands.
What he noticed was that their body was rejecting the negative aspect of the poisons by sweating them out of their body.
Coco eventually stop them as they were going a bit too far in eating whatever they came across merely because they could. Also did not want to cause a problem in this area as a result of what she was doing after all.
He wanted to get them checked out more formally back at his place given there might be something he could not figure out here and it would probably be better to take a more in depth and detailed look at them there instead.
The person seemed to be mute or at the very least they have never spoken or uttered a single sound even when they were attacked.
Coco watched them look at the creature that clapped down on their arm only for them to devour it while it was still biting them the entire time.
This person was certainly an interesting one yet finding out who they were and why they were even here would have to come later.
However, attempting to get them to come with them and leave this place was harder than Coco had originally thought it would be.
"This look like it might go well with that ramen I've been experimenting with," Coco said out loud noticing a certain plant for a moment.
Hearing this the person stops and then pushes the plant into Coco all of sudden.
"What this about all of sudd...wait do you want to try that ramen," he asked.
the person just nodded and present them with more of the plant in question.
Not wanting to risk losing their attention the plant was taken with them as Coco leads them to an area where he was able to call upon his animal partner, a corvid bird with the appearance of a gigantic jungle crow or raven. He has lustrous black-colored feathers with a long, sharp purple beak, thin black legs with purple talons, and deep red eyes.
"Time to go home, Kiss. Also, I bring them with me if you do not mind carrying them as well" Coco said.
Having no problem with this the three of them were then off to his home. A small dome-shaped adobe is located high up on top of a very tall and thin rock formation near a cliff side.
There were no stairs or anything else to allow one to get to his house with having some means of flying there as the easiest way.
The flight was not the only way but it was again it was the easiest and most simple means of doing so. Another method to get to his house was to get to the rock formation that was in the form of a pillar. Then climbing up there from the bottom all the way up to the very top.
Another was to actually attempt just jumping from the cliff it was near and just hoping you make it onto the land that his house sat a top of.
Failure to do so would result in falling into the ground and possibly your death if you are not careful. Though no one that could not do this ever attempted this method though.
Upon arriving home he wanted to do that more thorough check on the person he brought with them but they seemed more interested in the ramen he mention earlier.
Again it took some time before Coco was able to get them to allow him to perform the detail check on them to learn that their body was indeed counter the poison that attacking their body even now
The poison plant they had been pulled out of was one that poisoned their victims with constantly changing poison. One that kept adapting until it managed to kill them.
Which was actually why he was interested in the plant in the first place. However, lost interest in it after finally finding it cause it was actually one he already knew about and had fully countered ages ago. The poison was that strong in his eyes and it was so far away that there would be no one getting hunted by it unless they went out of their way to find it.
It was while they were sleeping after they had finished eating all the experimental ramen Coco had made that visitor had come. There was someone that wanted him for his fortune telling skills. Coco was going to ignore it at first as he was world famous for those very same skills and often got requests like this but was not interested in this particular one at first at least. Then he learned that the one doing the request was an old friend asking for a favor.
This caught his attention and decided he would at least see what it was able before expecting or rejecting the favor Coco decided to bring all the people they found. Not wanting to leave them alone just yet to ensure nothing happened to them as their case and body's ability to deal with poison did interest them after all.
