Malik could barely see a thing. It was dark and misty. /Probably the shadow realm./ he thought. Then he noticed Isis (Ishizu). "Please. Help...me," he cried. His voice was barely above a whisper. It was loud enough, though to get his sister's attention.

'How can you see into my eyes like open doors

Leading you down into my core

Where I've become so numb without a soul my spirit sleeping somewhere cold

Until you find it there and lead it back home'

"Brother? Malik, are you there?!" His sister called him but Malik was getting weaker and weaker each second. His yami, Marik, was taking the life out of him.

Isis looked at Malik then to Marik. "How could he survive?" she wondered aloud. /Malik was sent to the shadow realm, was he not?/ Isis thought. /Maybe he is still fighting. He hasn't given up./

Yugi and the others turned to see Malik, struggling. The poor kid was barely alive, yet he wouldn't let himself die. He just wouldn't.

"Please sister, Odeon, save me. Please let Ra forgive my sins." Malik begged.

"It is the will of the Pharoh, brother." Isis said, her eyes fixed on her dying sibling. /Let him live./ she mentally screamed.
