Character Writing: Gollum

Yeah, assignment for my English class: it told us what kind of sentences we had to have and what they had to be about, then we had to pick our favorite character from The Hobbit and write about it. I chose Gollum.

I live in a dank cave on a dark lake; I am all alone. I am all alone: however, I am happy with my birthday present. Since I was born when Middle Earth was young, I am very old. My eyes, which are as big as the moon, see everything. As soon as the nasty Baggins came, I knew he was trouble. The Baggins liked my ring, and he stole it from me! He stole my birthday present!
