A Million Tears

A million tears to wash away,

All the heartbreak of the day,

A little wolf with a broken smile,

He only got to be happy for a little while.

A million tears to wash away

All the bloodshed of the day,

A lone gray wolf that fought to keep,

He finally had to admit defeat.

A million tears to wash away,

All the troubles of the day,

The light brown wolf who betrayed then them all,

His actions will be his own downfall.

A million tears to wash away,

All the longing of the day,

The great white wolf lies in the snow,

All he wanted to do was know.

A million tears to wash away,

All the pain of the day,

Back to where they first began,

Only to go out in search again.
