Angel sighed as the ashes scattered on the grass. He heard a snort and turned to see a redhead wearing a tight leather outfit.
"How poetic. A vampire with a soul."
"What do you want?"
"You've been naughty, killing your own kind... the Master wants you locked up like a good puppy."
"He's risen already?" Angel gasped.
She stepped closer to him. "Not yet. But he will soon. And you're going to be my gift to him."
"If you can take me on, Red."
"Wanna bet on it?" she grinned as some vampire lackeys jumped him. "Because I always win."
