A/n: This is just a short story I thought of and had to write. It's based in the future, but you'll figure that out when you read it. Hope you enjoy and don't forget to review. :)

Leo was sitting, alone, in the attic, going through some of Piper's personal things. It had been a month since her passing. On the bottom of the only box he had not yet finished going through, he found a long, white envelope with his name on it. Piper had written him many letters over the years, when he was gone for a few days at a time, or just to say, 'I love you'. But she had given all of these to him. He turned the envelope to the back, where he saw a lipstick print over the seal, and the letters 'SWAK' directly under it. Leo smiled slightly, "Sealed with a kiss." he said quietly to himself. He slid his fingers along the glue line, careful not to rip an inch. He slowly slid the single piece of paper that had been neatly folded into three sections, out of the envelope and began to read.

Leo,

I know your job of protecting the world, is more important than anything you left behind. But I

wonder, do you ever think about what you left? Do you ever wish you could spend one final day

with us? Because I do. If I had a choice between the world and you, I'd pick...well you know who

I'd pick. I feel like 'They' stole my life, took the ground from beneath my feet, like I'm falling to

the depths of Hell, where there is no escape. Every time I look at our son, I think of you. He looks

so much like his daddy. And when I think of you, tears form in my eyes. Every time I look at the

life we created out of love, I cry. I smile through the tears for his sake, but I'm dying inside. I know

you'll probably never read this letter, because I'm not going to give it to you. But if one day you

happen to stumble across it, I want you to know that I have, do, and will, always love you. And

always remember, as long as you keep me in your heart. We will never be apart.

With all of the love the universe holds,

Piper

Up until this point, Leo had been strong. He had not shed a single tear, though many had been threatening to fall. He carefully folded the letter back up and replaced it in the envelope, as one lonely tear made it's way down the mourning man's cheek.
