Walking along

The golden sand slides between my toes

The Prussian blue waves lap at my ankles

Solitude

Sitting by myself

The walls are closing in

I could escape this nightmare

But I wont

Darkness

I consume my heart

And my soul

Salvation

To reach beyond my body

To rise out of my body

Freedom

A human right

God given

A right I have forsaken

To be here
