Through the darkness, I stroll
Watching carefully around me
I keep going through the woods
I stop every once and look around
I hope that no one is around me
All I want to do is sit down and cry
Oh well, no one is around me
No one will ever know if I do cry
I flop on the ground and pull my knees up
I cry into my knees
I hear something moving in the leaves behind me
I start to turn around
Before I can get completely turned around
Strong arms grab me
I start to scream, when I hear a familiar voice
The voice is that of my mentor
He tells me not to scream
As he takes my hand to lead me back to the castle
I ask him why he was looking for me
He tells me that he once promised me his word
His word was that he would never leave me alone
I turn and smile at him, for I do remember that day
I tell him that I am sorry for running away again
Eclipse tells me that he understands
He tells me that some of the older Demon Lords fainted at the story
I laugh when he tells me that I did the smarter thing
Eclipse said that it is bad luck for a Demon Lord to faint
I laugh and he makes certain that I make it back to my room
As he turns to leave, I look at him and tell him thank you.
