Up in the Faerie queens castle Fyora was sitting discussing things with the spirit of the lost desert king Coltazan.
Fyora: Yes I do agree Dr. Sloth is becoming more reckless were lucky that he hasnt used his power to work with the other dark denizens of our fair world.
Coltazan nodded in agreement.
-Meanwhile in the shadows of a secret lab Dr. Sloth stood with another figure.-
Dr. Sloth: The plan will so be in effect. Tonight I shall inform our friends of my plan.

Dr. Sloth:Yes we will finally conquer all of neopia.
Figure: I thought you wanted to destroy it?
Dr. Sloth: No I actually want to expiriment on those foul neopets. but with the deals i make with the others.

Sloth was the reason she had become a thief and she was honored to be invited to this evil meeting.
She let out a small laugh as she saw Vira and Court dancer giggling exchanging stories of horrible deeds they had seen.
The Tax beast and Pant devil were listening bored to Malkus Vile. Commander Garoo was off to the side watching everyone. Balthazar and Jhudora looked about to come to blows. Count von roo and Hubrid Nox were drinking some of the punch. Shadow Usul made a note not to trink the punch. Dr. Sloth looked at them.

Dr. Sloth: Everybody knows that we have been constantly kept in check by the faeries and the neopets uniting against us. Well I devised a plan to finally take over Neopia and once it is taken you will each have whatever you want.
Heres. what we'll do. Jhudora will have an audience will that faerie queen and will shrink her with my associates aid Balthazar will capture her in the bottle and then you both get back to the fortress. Shadow Usul you will be stealing the riches of neopia while Spider Grundo, Meuka and Jelly Chia attack groups of neopians. Von Roo and Nox you will trap anyone you can in Eliv Thade's Home. Malkus Vile you will hoard the treasure Shadow Usul brings for dividing amongst yourselves.
Garoo, you and Kass and Morguss will work as team to assault Brightvale and conquer it. Vira I want you to continue to lure neopets to our ways. Court Dancer your too well known in Meridell go to the Lost desert and do what you do best. Tax beast I want you to rob the national neopian. And finally an associate will be the heart of this operation because everyone trusts her.
Out of the shadows stepped the Soup Faerie. She had an evil smile on her face.
Soup Faerie: Soup anyone?
The denizens began to talk amongst themselves. Sloth stood up and slammed the podium.
Dr. Sloth: Now Go as I ready my army for my part. Beginning the War....
