Inspired by a post I saw on Instagram. Merlin changes into the Dolma before the Battle of Camlann. Mass confusion. Arthur survives. Merlin, as the Dolma becomes Arthur's advisor on all things magical. Also, I wish they added the Dolma and Dragoon the Great to the character list. Oh, Dragoon also might make another appearance. Lancelot and Elyan are alive.

Two people from two different worlds in the form of an independent illegitimate daughter of one the ton's most unsavory men and an unattainable prince who is bound by duty: To find a woman of proper breeding to wed, bed and produce an heir. They meet under less than stellar conditions and right away there is a clash of wills. But you know what they say...opposites attract.

Destiny, the Triple Goddess, the Old Religion, and Kilgharrah, Merlin decided, could take their expectations, and piss off. As he sat beside the shore of the Isle of the Blessed, he wondered if anything the Great Dragon had told him about his grand destiny had ever held any weight. He wondered if his knowing of the future played a hand in the dying of the man in his arms. Songfic.

Merlin is captured by Morgana and tortured. Arthur sets out to rescue him, but difficulties arise along the way. AU occurring between seasons 3 and 4.

Arthur is in it to save his best friend, and Morgana to save all of Albion. The task seemed simple, get one servant to the cauldron of arianrhod before he sinks completely into insanity. Of course, nothing is ever that simple. (T for imagery)

If 2 World Wars weren't enough to bring Arthur back what could have possibly made him come back now? If you ask Morgana she'd try her best to rationalize something.
