Author's Note (or whatever you want to call it)
Hello, everyone. I just wanted you to know that I'm still alive and I haven't forgotten about this story. I do intend to finish it. I had the next chapter almost finished, and then...my boyfriend broke up with me. And then I hated everything and wanted all these dark things (my story is already on the dark path, so even darker things) to happen. I found myself in a slump and it wasn't pretty. But I'm over it now and I hope to have a new chapter out by the end of the week. Or maybe a little longer. I have two summer reading books to read; forgive me. I hope you all understand. Thank you.
