Standard disclaimer: If I'd created Yu-Gi-Oh, I'd be filthy rich and have no need for a PhD. Translation: Don't own, don't sue.
Scene Four: Yugi
A muted cry breaks Yugi out of his reverie. "Yami," he asks, surprised, "...isn't that Bakura's house?"
Yami and hikari look as one through the open window to their right to see Ryou Bakura's lithe form, adorned by leather restraints and missing its trademark blue-and-white shirt.
The spirit turns sharply, silencing his partner's immediate protest. "Aibou, it is best that we not interfere."
"But he sounds hurt! Yami, we have to help him!"
The 'other' Yugi sighs and whispers to his light. Yugi's eyes, enormous by nature, widen further.
Then he stalks down the street, adamantly refusing to look back.
Author's note: Did you notice how I made the central character from one scene appear to instigate the action in the next scene? Well, I thought that was kind of nifty anyway. :Þ
