"Daddy"

Ch. 1 "The new Atwoods"
"Dad when's mom gonna be home?!"
"Soon, now tell your sisters to go get washed up for dinner."
"Kay."
Ryan and Marissa now lived happily after the Theresa incident. She ran a way just after Bradine (who is now 10) was born leaving Ryan to raise him by himself. Then after him and Marissa got married they had two twin girl Paige and Brooke who are now five.
He was doing some work when he heard the girls fighting over something. By the time he got up there Paige was crying and had blood all over her hands and face.
"Paige, what happened?"
"Brooke punched me!" she managed to get out between sniffles.
"Come here baby; let's go clean you up before mommy gets home."
"Kay." She said a bit happier now she was safe in her daddy's strong arms.
"And you young lady..." Ryan started to say when he got interrupted.
"Mom's home!" Bradine yelled from down stairs.
Then he continued to punish Brooke "Have to go straight to bed after dinner."
"What no cartoons before bed!" she complained
"Yep straight to bed" he confirmed with her while cleaning up Paige.
By the time Ryan got down stairs Brooke had all ready ratted him out as usual for her punishment.
"Do you deserve you going to bed right after dinner?" Marissa asked.
"I only hit Paige 'cause she wouldn't give my doll back."
"So, daddy did do the right thing."
"But mommy!"
"No buts Brooke Atwood!"
"Mommy!" Paige yelled while running into the kitchen.
"How's my baby?" she asked while picking her up.
"Good. But Brooke punched me."
"I know but your ok now. Can you go get you brother for dinner?"
"O.k."
"I see you had a tough day sweetie." Said Marissa as she put her arm around Ryan's waist and leaned in for a kiss.
"Just peachy keen."
"Mom Bradine won't come and eat!"
"Tell him to come eat because Uncle Seth and Auntie Summer are coming tonight."
A few minutes later Bradine came running in eager to eat.
"Slow down buddy, just because your eating fast doesn't mean they're going to get here faster." Ryan explained
The doorbell rang.
"I'll get it!" Bradine yelled as he jumped of his chair and ran to the front door. But it was only Gramma and Grampa Cohen.
"Hey Bradine you look so sad to see us." Sandy said while picking him up to give him a hug.
"I thought it was maybe Uncle Seth."
"That's why we're here to baby-sit you guys." Kirsten explained.
"Dad you can go get uncle Seth now."
"Hold on buddy, you gotta finish eating."
"Fine." Bradine complained.
"Sandy, Kirsten you guys hungry?" Marissa asked,
"No we're fine, we ate earlier."
"Bradine and Paige can have a swim after dinner, all three need a bath, then Paige can go to bed, and Bradine can watch TV or what ever till we get home." Marissa explained while getting ready to leave.
"No video games though." Ryan told Bradine.
"What about Brooke?" Kirsten asked.
"She needs to have a bath right after dinner than to bed."
"Ahh, in trouble again?" Sandy asked knowing she was like her Dad in that way.
"She hit Paige again." Ryan explained.
"Must have been a bad one?" Sandy asked.
"Try bloody." Ryan replied.
"You never told me that." Marissa said surprised.
"I thought Paige told you. Hey kids come give us a hug good bye." Ryan said quickly changing the subject.
"I'll see you two in the morning and you latter." Marissa told them while giving them hugs and kisses.
They were about to take the car when Marissa realized they needed to take the van, because Seth and Summer now have three kids.
