Prologue:
He loved her. Love. That was something new to him. How had it happened? He had no idea. One moment he was fine, flirting with all the beautiful (though somewhat shallow and stupid) court ladies. The next, he couldn't think of anything but her! It was torture, to have her always on the mind. It was worse, worrying that someone would guess, that someone else would find out.
Yet in some ways, it was remarkable. The most wonderful feeling in the world. He never wanted to loose it.
He wanted to tell her the truth. But, well, he was afraid. He had never had this problem before! What if she didn't love him in return? What could he do? He didn't want to risk loosing her as a friend. She was so important to him. A companion he always wanted by his side. But he wanted, more than anything, for her to be more. But she most likely didn't love him. She was the second lady knight, one of the best warriors he knew. She was most likely too busy with her work to fall in love!
What if it wasn't that she didn't have the time, what if she just loved somebody else? Gods, that would be torture! To watch her with someone else, maybe even someone he knew! He couldn't handle it!
So, what could he do?
Tell her, of course. Said the sensible part of his mind. She has the right to know.
The other part mocked, Why? So she can laugh? Better not to say anything at all.
Dom nodded his head, agreeing at least for the time being.
Wow. That last line rhymed! How poetic of me...I know, this is all about his thoughts...I swear, the first chapter will have more. I kinda like this though, cuz its just so much fun to read Dom's thoughts. I don't know why...it's just so cool....anyway REVIEW!!! Please? Motivation would make me update sooner. Or people telling me it sucked. Then it would make me mad, and I would have to prove to them it didn't. Yah. So, anyway, please REVIEW!!!!!!!
By the way, this is the title cuz I could think of nothing else. When something comes to me, or when someone suggests something, I will change it. Sorry!!!
