She wake's with the movement of a gentle arm drapping over her waist,she quickly think's,Pete,but look's to the arm's sleeping owner to see Jack.A smile grace's her lip's and she remember's that it's different now,she chose him.She turn's her body to face him and she silently watch's as he sleep's,she breath's him in and notice's his smell of fresh after shave. Running her finger's through his silky salt and pepper hair she silently mouth's,"I love you," to him.
Unexpectedly, he answer's back,"I love you,too," and his eye's flutter open.
"I thought you were asleep..." she smile's and it brighten's his morning.
"What are you doing?" he look's into her deep sparkling blue eye's.
"Watching you sleep...just making sure this isn't all from some sort of dream," she lean's in,"I'm not dreaming am I?"
"Fortunatly,you aren't,you're right here with me...exactly where you're suppose to be,"he cup's her face in his hand's and studies it.
"Now,what are you doing?" she smile's brushing her lip's against his.
"Well,I do have to make sure your real,too," he kissed her gently.
Pulling away,"Oh,really? Is it going to be fun?" she gave a teasing smile.
"Oh,you betcha," he grinned and kissed her as he pulled the sheet up over their head's.
