Black Dream
"When the clash of swords echo
The journey chasing the past ends and
The journey to know today begins
One soul seeks another and
pledges their sworn friendship to another
One mystery begets the next and
The doors of fate are opened
You are free to sever the chains of fate that bind you..."
-Legend of Dragoon-
She tossed in the bed that the king let her use. Nightmares, memories, whatever you wanted to call them they haunted her nightly. She screamed out again and again as she laid there she felt the cold breeze of the night.
His green eyes rested on the uneasy woman, she had woken him in the middle of the night. Her long raven hair was a mess. He sighed as she tossed and turned mumbling things in her sleep, something, someone was haunting her memories and he knew it. He was surprised that she didn't wake the others.
Her dream was of her past, her haunting thoughts, dreams, memories of all that she has done wrong. Never did she dream of what she did right, thoughts, memories vanished as if they never happened.
He moved a few pieces of his blond hair from his face. 'Black Drams' As his mother would say 'Work of the devils' she'd always tell him every time he had a nightmare.
Again she cried out in her sleep but this time it was a name she called "Zieg!!!" again she tossed. He walked over to her and gently touched her arm. She stopped moving as if her dream changed.
Dream
She walked into Neet but not as herself but the Black Monster. People screamed as she went though burning things and people killing everyone as she passed by. "Monster!!! It's the Black Monster!!!"
Next day in a town that's all she'd hear about anywhere. "That beast wiped out Neet." "Blood thirsty monster." "It lives off of the blood that it kills" Screams, please for mercy rang in her ears.
out of dream
Unwanted memories, unwanted dreams that's what they were unwanted. He looked at her as she sat up in a cold sweat. Her Dark blue eyes looked at him they went from glaring to her normal gaze as she walked out of the room barefooted onto the small balcony.
Her feet made a soft padding sounds as she walked away he watched her. She was lovely but hidden in the dark shadows of her past.
