''You okay babe?'' Santana asks in amusement as she watches her girlfriend walk out of the bathroom after taking a shower, she laughs still brushing her daughters hair as she shoots her a glare and shrugs. ''Just asking.''
''Be quiet.'' Brittany grumbles as she drops down on the bed beside her, she reaches out tugging Liam against her front as he bounces up with a giggle and kisses his head. ''Nice to hear that you all enjoy seeing me suffer.''
''We didn't tell you to dance with all characters on stage yesterday, they told you to join because you captured their interest dancing to the music.''
''God my body is killing me.''
Liam giggles kissing his mommy's cheek and sits up. ''Can we go now?''
Santana laughs as Brittany just grunts and looks up as soon as Sofia slid off of her lap after she finished braiding her hair. ''Let's get you ready first Li, we still have to do you hair.'' She picks him up as soon as he look up at her with a grin and carries him into the bathroom chuckling as his giggles bounce off of the walls. ''What shall we do today Li?''
''This up.'' Li tells her pointing to the middle of his hair. ''Everything else down.''
Santana nods her head placing him down on the toilet seat and crouches down in front of him, she gently brushes her fingers through his hair after she made them wet and chuckles as he wiggles around like he always does. ''Sit still sweetheart.''
She taps his nose as he immediately listens and kisses his forehead. ''Middle up, sides down right?'' She smiles as he nods his head and starts combing his hair adding a bit of gel to it, she steps back as soon as she finishes quickly washing her hands and smiles as Liam slides down the toilet seat to look into the mirror hung down at his height. ''Okay?''
''Perfect, thank you Sanny!''
''Anytime Bud.'' She murmurs with a grin. ''Ready to pull your mommy out of the room?''
She laughs as he nods his head and watches him run out of the bathroom yelling for his mommy, she follows him after wiping her hands dry and snickers as she sees both kids cuddled up beside Brittany on the bed instead of coaxing her out of it. ''Stay in today?'' She asks with an eyebrow raised as two pair of blue orbs and one pair of brown lock on her own.
''Nah, just help me up.'' Brittany grunts out as both kids decide to jump on top of her begging her to stand up, Santana laughs as both kids continue jumping on Brittany's abs and leans forward to grab them.
''Go put on your shoes.'' She murmurs kissing their heads, she turns to Brittany after she placed them down and holds out her hand. ''Come on mi amor, let's roam around the park for a bit.''
''Can we go watch the firework show?'' They both smile nodding their heads as both kids look at them pouting and walk over after Brittany finally stood up.
''We sure can.'' Brittany replies as she leans down to kiss their heads, silently grateful that they both want to sit down and relax instead of run around. ''Lead the way.'' She adds as she opens the door making sure she has the key card and her wallet, she intertwines her hand with Santana's smiling as Liam immediately reaches out to take a hold of Sofia's hand and follows them into the elevator.
''I am so full, look.''
She laughs as Liam pokes his tummy while arching his back and shakes her head. ''Dinner was that good huh?'' She runs her hand through his hair as he nods his head with a big grin and chuckles. ''Good thing we are walking around again, you need to walk it all off.''
''Mh we all need to move.'' Santana agrees with a chuckle, she smiles as Liam takes her hand as soon as they walk out of the hotel watching Sofia take Brittany's and smiles as they point at different rides they went on the day before as they walk past them.
''Where do we want to sit?'' Brittany asks softly as she turns to look at her.
''Waterfront?''
She smiles walking to the edge as she nods her head and spreads out the blanket she brought with her, she sits down spreading her legs as Brittany immediately drops between them with a soft groan and wraps her left arm around Liam and Sofia as they sit down beside them.
She kisses Brittany's temple as she leans her head back against her shoulder with a soft moan as she softly starts massaging her abs and smiles. ''You really okay?''
''Mh only my abs are killing me, I will be fine love.''
She just hums intertwining her free hand with hers on Brittany's abs and turns to the kids chuckling as she sees them sitting in the exact same position, Liam right beside her and Sofia beside his legs and reclined back against his side. ''Li, Sof?'' She smiles as they look up and tilts her head. ''You brought our surprise?'' She asks softly as they both look up as soon as they hear their name, she squeezes their hands as they nod their heads both tapping the little backpack one of them always carry around and looks up as the first fireworks light up the sky.
''When mami?'' Sofia whispers as she leans up to reach her ear.
''When would you like to?'' Santana asks looking at the both of them making sure Brittany thinks that they are joking around, she smiles as Liam giggles the second she pokes his side and watches her daughter take the key she gave them out of the backpack.
''Now.'' Liam squeaks out giggling squirming away from Santana's hand, Santana laughs taking the key her daughter holds out for her and nods her head. ''Mommy?'' He asks as soon as Santana stopped poking his side and took the key from Sofia.
''Yes baby?'' Brittany asks after watching the fireworks and listening to Santana joke around with their kids a loving smile permanently playing on her lips.
''What is home?'' He asks cutely.
''Home?'' Brittany repeats turning to him in confusion.
''What feels home?'' Sofia asks.
Brittany blinks turning to Santana not quite understanding what they mean and raises an eyebrow. ''Huh?''
Santana chuckles and kisses her forehead. ''What is your description of feeling home B?''
''Ah.'' Brittany breaths out in realization, she turns to their kids and smiles lovingly. ''A home is build with love and dreams.'' She answers. ''Home is a place where you feel safe and comfortable, where you can be yourself and nobody judges you.'' She locks eyes with her son and smiles. ''What is your description of home baby?''
''Home is where I can play, feel love and happiness.'' Liam turns to Sofia and nudges her. ''Sof?''
''Home is having fun, getting all the cuddles I want and where I can sing and dance.'' Sofia replies giggling, she looks up at her mami and smiles brightly. ''Mami?''
''Home for me is the place where I feel like I belong, home is filled with like you all already listed up.'' She holds up her free hand to count them up and smiles. ''Love, security, laughter, happiness, cuddles and overall just warmth and comfort.''
She kisses Brittany's shoulder as she leans back against her knowing she still listens and bites her lip. ''Home is coming home from a hard work day knowing I will walk in and the first thing I hear is laughter followed by the scent of food, home is dropping all the worries the second I enter a building knowing the people I love are happy and healthy.''
She slides her finger through the key ring, intertwining her hand with Brittany's so she feels it and gulps thickly. ''My house is just a building, but the three of you are my home.'' She whispers feeling the little ones lean against her. ''I don't care where I am, I am happy as long as I know that I am somewhere with you, where I can watch our little ones play around and hear them giggle loudly, where I can cuddle with all of you or recline back into your arms after we tucked them in.'' She continues as she feels Brittany look down at their intertwined hands.
''Yes.'' Brittany just whispers softly as soon as she read the key chain Home is where we are together and the initials of all of them on a little house beside it, she turns her head to look at Santana as she hears their kids squeal and tilts her chin up to peck her lips. ''We would love to move in with you and Sof, San.'' She turns to her son knowing Santana already asked him and winks. ''Right baby?''
Liam immediately nods his head and smiles brightly as he tackles them in a hug together with Sofia. ''Yes!''
Santana laughs kissing their heads and just hugs them tightly. ''New year, new adventure, same love, same craziness.''
''The last two will never change.'' Brittany breaths out as the kids lean back against her front after she kissed their heads. ''I am looking forward to more adventures with the three of you though.'' She tilts her head back kissing the underside of Santana's jaw and smiles against it. ''And I am definitely looking forward to waking up cuddled up to you every morning.''
She smiles as Santana intertwines their hands, feeling the kids cover them with her own and sighs softly. ''I love you, all three of you.''
''We love you too Britty.'' Sofia replies with a cute grin as she tilts her head back to look at her.
''We sure do mi amor.'' Santana agrees as Liam nods his head, she kisses her temple softly and nuzzles her nose in soft blonde locks. ''And I can't wait to wake up in your arms every morning either.''
After they all relaxed back enjoying the firework while siting in each others embrace, Brittany slowly sits up with both kids fast asleep against her chest and turns her head to look at Santana. ''Well I think we powered them out.''
''It's almost midnight.'' Santana whispers with a soft chuckle. ''I am surprised they managed to stay up so long.'' She pushes herself up grabbing the blanket and takes Liam out of Brittany's arms making sure to cover him with the blanket as she watches Brittany wrap Sofia up in her jacket, she holds out her hand after making sure Liam is still asleep and pulls her up. ''Movie?''
She intertwines their hands as she hums and slowly walks back to their hotel glad that they picked the one in the park and not a few miles away. ''He feels safe.'' She glances at Brittany as she hears her soft whisper and smiles lovingly running the thumb of her left hand over Liam's hip.
''She does too.'' She murmurs as she sees her daughter fast asleep with a little smile playing on her lips, she lifts their intertwined hands up to her lips, kissing the back of Brittany's hand as they walk into the hotel and leads her over to the elevator the both of them nodding their head to the woman sitting behind the desk.
After riding up to their floor in silence and tucking both kids into their separate beds in the same room, Santana walks into the bathroom to wash her face before bed and glances in the rear view mirror as Brittany walks in. ''Hey babe?''
She grabs a towel as she just hums thanking her softly as she places a long shirt beside her and bites her lip. ''New house or..''
''You gave me the key to your house right?'' Brittany asks softly gently cutting her off, she slides closer as Santana just nods her head and places her hands beside her on the sink. ''I love your house babe and I know the kids do too, why search for something new when you have everything we need?''
''Well everything but a pool.''
Brittany laughs and shrugs. ''Right but if we want to swim we can always go and hang out with Nay and HeMo, that is another thing I love, you only live one block away from them and not across the city like I do.''
''And you have a fireplace.'' Brittany murmurs as she kisses her shoulder. ''I will love cuddling up in front of it with you, your house is perfect and you let them design it just the way you wanted to have it San.''
''Exactly I designed it to my taste but..''
''Babe we both have the same taste in things, I would just like to change one small thing.'' Brittany murmurs cutting her off once again, she chuckles as Santana raises an eyebrow and kisses the back of her neck. ''You need blackout curtains, the sun beaming in my face effectively waking me up sucks.''
Santana laughs and nods her head. ''Done, Li can also design his own room is that alright?''
''It will look like a room coming straight from Disney.'' Brittany muses. ''It's alright but we will design it together, if you let him go loose we will be broke.'' She shakes her head as Santana opens her mouth to object and kisses the back of her head. ''I won't allow you to pay for everything Santana, I know you want to and that it won't bother you but we are in this together and I can pay too.''
''We can sit down and talk about everything as soon as we come back.'' Santana offers. ''You are right we can just split things or..'' She bites her lips and shrugs. ''Open a check account where we both pay an amount in every month and use that for everything regarding payments and kids.''
Brittany nods her head stepping back to slide on her long shirt and smiles. ''That sounds like a plan babe.'' She murmurs as they walk out of the bathroom, she slides into their bed after turning the lights in the living room belonging to their suite out and grabs the remote control. ''What do you want to watch?''
Santana chuckles as she notices that she turns the TV on, on the new episode of glee and shrugs. ''Glee?'' She laughs as Brittany just nods her head dropping the remote control beside her and cuddles into her side, she smiles as she watches Naya sing on screen and frowns noticing the tears. ''Hold up what is happening?''
Brittany shrugs her shoulders raising an eyebrow as Heather appears on screen with tears running down her face and shakes her head. ''I have no idea.''
''Let's just be mature here and let's be honest with ourselves that long-distance relationships are almost impossible to maintain Heath.'' Naya chokes out. ''This is not an official break up.''
''What?!''
Brittany and Santana both sit up and look at each other in shock, they both scramble for their phones Brittany reaching hers first and she quickly hits the number two on her speed dial, having saved Santana under one.
''What do you mean not an official break up?'' They both ask the second they hear Heather's voice filter through the speaker of Brittany's phone.
''Ryan told us that he wants to give the fans a scare and that we have to break up for god knows how long.'' Heather breaths out sighing sadly.
''Like hell you need to.'' Brittany grumbles. ''Tell him to break Chris and Darren up but not the both of you, Darren cheats in real life and in the series.''
''Hold up what?'' Santana asks with an eyebrow raised.
''Asshole is known as a cheater in real life too S, just in our cast, our fans don't know.'' Naya explains. ''B knows because Chris came over crying once, we barely managed to keep her ass inside.''
''We barely managed to keep your and B's asses inside.'' Heather corrects.
''Can I call Ryan?'' Brittany asks.
''No.''
''Go for it.''
Brittany laughs hearing both replies and smirks. ''Awesome send me his number Nay.''
''Babe no, she will be the cause of us losing our jobs.'' Heather whines.
''No I am just making him see that he can't break up the couple that brings in the views, hell if I am not allowed to call him I will start a damn petition.'' Brittany looks down at her phone as it buzzes and smirks as she sees that Naya send her a text with Ryan's number, she turns to Santana and winks. ''Babe talk.'' She whispers softly as Heather asks how their trip is.
She opens Ryan's phone number opting to send him a text and starts typing making sure Heather doesn't hear the clicking of her nails on her screen, she glances as Santana knowing she is reading with her and smiles as she just nods her head.
To Ryan Murphy: Hey Ryan, Brittany here Heather's cousin. I just wanted to ask why you would break HeYa up, according to the views and the fans they are the reason glee runs like it does now. You could have broken anyone up but not them, Chris and Blaine are currently the least favorite couple I can send you the statistics I currently have of the show.
She takes a screenshot after she send it, sending it into the family chat so everyone can read it and clears her throat hearing Naya's phone beep. ''Instead of calling I opted to write.'' She murmurs with a grin. ''Now we will end the call before Heath starts yelling, enjoy your night girls love ya.''
''B!''
Brittany quickly ends the call and chuckles. ''Save my ass for kicking?''
Santana nods her head and laughs. ''I will.'' She promises with a grin. ''But I don't think she will complain much.''
Brittany just shrugs looking down at her phone as it buzzes and raises an eyebrow. ''Well he replied fast.'' She taps the message holding her phone so Santana can read with her and turns to her in surprise. ''Wha..''
From Ryan Murphy: Heard that you are on vacation, any chance you can come in right after you came back? I might have a plan to make sure the views won't suffer under it, bring your girlfriend too if she would like to join.
''I have no idea.'' Santana whispers also confused. ''Looks like we will find out the day we return home.''
Brittany just hums sending out a reply that they both will visit the day after they came back and slides further under the cover, she pulls Santana with her after placing her phone on the nightstand and chuckles. ''It's two in the morning, the kids will be up around eight.''
She snickers as Santana's eyes widen and kisses her head. ''I will stand up and grab some breakfast with them, you can sleep in this time San.''
''Sounds perfect, can you bring me a bagel?''
''With cream cheese and salad?'' She smiles as she hears her hum and pulls her closer. ''Blueberry muffin?''
''Mh please.'' Santana murmurs nuzzling her face in her chest with a yawn. ''Now stop talking about food and sleep mi amor, I am already hungry.''
Brittany laughs and kisses her head. ''Sorry, good night love.''
''Good night Britt-Britt, te amo.''
