A man stood waiting in a dark muddy ally within Atlantic City. With the rain pounding down on his fedora, and a black suitcase gripped tightly in his hands, he was ready. The moonlight broke free from the clouds, and unleashed it's light onto the city. Looking down the ally, he could see a black car sitting with it's engine running. A man in black stepped out, and made him way to the middle, where the other one waited.
"Do you have what I need?" He asked.
The other man held up the suitcase, signaling he did.
"Good, good. You made us happy Mister?"
"Hertich, Mr. Hertich." Was the response.
The buyer looked into the suitcase, and saw what he asked for.
"This is good. Very, very good."
The buyer reached into his jacket pocket and pulled out a silenced handgun.
"What are you doing?" Mr. Hertich asked nonchalantly.
"Buisness." He fired into his chest, sending him to his knees.
"The good thing about this, is that you can't tell anyone because you're dead. I mean shit, theres no way."
He pushed the gun against Mr. hertich's skull. He stared at the barrel above his eyes, waiting for it to happen. And soon enough, it did. He fired the bullet into his head, killing him within the speed of light. He ran off with the dirty deed swimming through his mind. He got into his car, and drove into the city streets.

The next day, the body was found by a garbage man, and was soon placed into the news paper.

In a bunker well below the Earth, a meeting was takeing place. Leaders from all over America were included for it. The head of group was Trevor Armstrong, who had large connections with all organizations, including the FBI and CIA where he had a higher voice then the DCI. He stood up at the end of the table, and began speaking.
"We sent Hertich to meet with a member of the Kyans.
Next day the find him dead in the ally with no response from them. The Kyans murdered him, theres no doubt about that. If they have time to use what we gave them, then the results will be an atomic eruption within the world." He explained.
"What was it you gave them?" Asked one of the members.
"They have our soldiers hostage. The exchange was made yesterday. We gave them what we wanted, and we would get what we wanted, but we still didn't."
"What was it you gave them?"
The commander remained silent for a long moment.
"We gave them a the launch key for nuclear weapons."
Everyone remained silent at the insane act.
"What the fuck Armstrong?! What the fuck is wrong with you?!"
"We needed those men back damn it! They have families!"
"So do most of the people in this country, its better to kill a few then a billion!"
"I know it was a fucked up idea, but we needed them. And there was always a back-up plan in case this should happen."
"Which is what?"
"The C.A.O.S"
"CAOS? Do you realy think they can do this?"
"The call has already been made."
