Undoubtedly, that day was very hard for everyone.

To begin with, an old and powerful enemy of the ninjas suddenly appears very hurt and, above all, released from her impenetrable seal.

At first they thought of finishing her off, but then, the situation became more serious when Temari arrived and informed them of the existence of a demon that possessed enormous power that could be compared to that of the fearsome and powerful Madara Uchiha.

Thanks to that information, they learned that more like him were in that world and that they were the cause why Kaguya was out of her seal.

It was then that Wendy told them that it was possible that Kaguya could help them prepare against the demon threat.

Now, the Hokage, the three ninjas and the two dragon slayers were walking towards where Kaguya Otsutsuki was.

"Where are we going?" asked Wendy.

"Well, since Kaguya is more... special than any other prisoner, I had her taken to a private cell that only we have exclusive access to." said Tsunade.

"Aren't you worried that the moment she regains her power, she will escape from her prison?" asked Lapis.

"It will be difficult for him. The cell is filled with seals that nullify chakra, given the amount she has. Not to mention we put a mark on her that will cause her a lot of pain if she tries to escape her limits." said Kakashi.

"R-Really is that necessary?" asked Wendy not liking the pain-causing mark.

"Considering who she is and what she can do, any caution is too little." said Sakura.

Wendy had to understand, given the situation.

At least she was reassured to know that at least she was still alive.

Locked up, but alive.

"I hope you know what you're doing." said Lapis to Wendy, still doubting her intentions.

"I may not like it myself either, but if Wendy says it's a good idea, then, I'll trust her." said Naruto with a smile.

"Thank you, Naruto." said Wendy happy that the jinchuriki trusted her despite his thoughts about the woman.

"Well, here we are." said Tsunade as the group stopped in front of some metal doors that had several seals affixed to them.

"Then, let's go inside." said Kakashi about to take a step.

"This..." started Wendy drawing the attention of the others. "I think it would be better... if I went in first... and alone." said Wendy nervously, as she knew what the reaction of the others would be.

"What? There's no way I'm leaving you alone with her!" said Naruto.

"Are you out of your mind?" asked Lapis.

"Wait, it's not what you think." said Wendy raising her hands in defense. When the others calmed down, Wendy decided to continue. "I say that because she knows all of you and from what you told me, she probably won't react very well if she sees you."

"Yeah, I doubt she'll be happy to see us again after what we did to her last time." said Sakura understanding what she was saying.

"In that case, I'll go with you too, since she doesn't know me either." said Lapis not wanting to leave Wendy alone.

Not that she was worried about her or anything.

"No. It's better that I go alone, since I was with her the whole time while you went to get help. Of course, it won't be all the time. I'll just try to calm her down a bit before you can go in and start the interrogation." said Wendy fully explaining her intention.

"You certainly plan a good point." began Tsunade crossing her arms. "Alright, you can go in alone, but at the slightest trouble, we will intervene to kill."

"Understood." said Wendy accepting the condition before she felt a hand on her shoulder.

Turning her head, she discovered that the cause was Naruto, who was giving her a confident and worried expression.

"Be careful, Wendy and good luck." said Naruto concerned for his friend.

"Thanks, I will." said Wendy with a smile.

The sky dragon slayer took a deep breath before proceeding to enter the room.

Kaguya never thought her existence would be like this.

First, she came to earth, met and fell in love with a man who shared her desire for peace, but soon after, that man betrayed her and tried to kill her, forcing her to devour the chakra fruit.

Second, she decided to use the fruit's power to bring peace to the world along with her sons, only to have them betray her and seal her away.

Third, her third 'son', Black Zetsu, managed to free her after so many years, with the desire to regain all the chakra, only for the descendants of Hagoromo's sons to confront her, defeat her and seal her again.

Finally, a group of otherworldly demons freed her and tried to recruit her into their group, but she refused.

However, Black Zetsu ended up betraying her to join them, absorbing all her chakra until she was empty, forcing her to escape with what little she had left.

After that, everything became dark and confusing for her, but now, she could feel herself regaining consciousness, slowly opening her eyes until she could see her surroundings perfectly.

She was on a bed, inside a circular room, but there were a couple of things that caught his attention.

The walls were full of seals, there were no windows, there was only one door, there wasn't much lighting in the room and the worst thing was that her hands were handcuffed.

She frowned as she discovered that she was a prisoner somewhere.

How could someone of her caliber, someone with her power be in a state like that?

Before she could cry out for answers or even try to free herself, she heard the door open.

Turning her head, she saw that only one person entered the cell, a blue haired girl, but the curious thing was that she had no chakra, but a strange energy that was different from the demons she knew.

With a small groan of effort, she sat down on the bed.

"H-Hello." said Wendy nervously.

"Who are you? Where am I? Why do you have me like this?" asked Kaguya demanding answers.

"W-Well, I'm Wendy Marvell a-and you're in the Hidden Leaf Village. We brought you here after my friend and I found you." said Wendy.

At the mention, a brief memory came to the woman's mind, she remembered that after escaping from Black Zetsu and the demons, she heard a voice asking her to calm down at the same time she felt a warm sensation that made her feel better.

"I remember now. You were there." said Kaguya.

"Yes, I was the one who was healing you until help arrived. Are you feeling better?" asked Wendy.

Kaguya was slightly surprised that this girl was the one who had been healing her.

"You haven't answered me. Why am I like this?" asked Kaguya raising her cuffed hands.

"You see, it's just..." began Wendy nervously, trying to find a way to explain things without making her angry. "They decided to lock you up." said Wendy touching her index fingers nervously.

"WHAT?!" asked Kaguya loudly and very angrily, causing Wendy to back up a bit. "How dare you lock me up like a common criminal?! Don't you even know who I am?!"

"Y-Yes, you are Kaguya Otsutsuki, the first woman to use chakra." said Wendy.

"Then why do you have me here?!" asked Kaguya.

"Because what you did was very wrong. If it wasn't for that, you probably would have been sealed again or killed." said Wendy.

"What do you mean?" asked Kaguya.

"My friends and I wanted to ask you a few questions. Do you think you could answer us?" asked Wendy.

"Why should I do it? What would I gain from it?" asked Kaguya.

"I don't know, but we need you to answer us, so... would you?" asked Wendy kindly, hoping she would agree.

Kaguya threw a scowl at the sky dragon slayer.

She didn't like the situation she was in at all.

Locked up like a caged bird and, to top it off, being asked to answer some questions.

If it wasn't for the fact that she was handcuffed and the seals nullified almost all of her chakra and abilities, she would have killed everyone around her and then escaped so she could get revenge on the demons and Black Zetsu for betraying her.

However, there was something in Wendy's gaze that made her consider her offer. A look she hadn't seen in her many years of life. A look that showed kindness and purity.

There was only one person who showed her that look all the time.

"Grrr. Very well. I'll answer your questions, but I expect compensation for this, understood?" asked Kaguya.

"Thank you very much." said Wendy with a happy smile before it was erased when she remembered a certain troubling detail. "Just one more thing." said Wendy causing the woman to arch an eyebrow. "Please don't get too angry."

Kaguya was confused at the sky dragon slayer's request, as she didn't understand what could possibly make her angry right now.

"You can come in! She's agreed!" said Wendy with her head turned to the door.

Soon after, the door opened and Kaguya turned her gaze that way to see who was coming in.

First she saw a girl about Wendy's age, but with a patch over her right eye and a blonde woman who she could tell was older than she looked, but then, the next people who walked in made Kaguya's eyes widen as anger rose inside her, as those people were the ones who fought against her, but the one who angered her the most was the blonde boy with fox whiskers, the reincarnation of Hagoromo's son, the one who sealed her again along with that other boy who was also the reincarnation of Hagoromo's son.

"YOU!" shouted Kaguya rushing towards them in order to kill Naruto with her hands.

However, the instant she jumped off her bed, an intense pain shot through her insides, making her fall to the ground as she trembled and moaned in pain.

"Kaguya!" cried Wendy worriedly and kneeling beside him.

"W-what did you do to me?" asked Kaguya moaning from the pain.

"Just a little precaution in case you tried to do something like what you just did. The pain will only go away if you go back to your bed, otherwise, the farther you go, the more your pain will increase." said Kakashi coldly.

"Come on, I'll help you." said Wendy helping Kaguya up and sitting her back on the bed, making the pain go away. "Are you okay?"

"Damn Hagoromo. You don't just snatch my chakra and seal me, now you have me locked up like an animal!" said Kaguya looking at Naruto.

"First of all, my name is Naruto, not Hagoromo; secondly, you gave us the chakra, we didn't steal it from you or anything; and thirdly, you're like this because of what you did." said Naruto.

"You know? They've been telling me things about you for a while and I must say I was expecting something more." said Tsunade crossing her arms.

"Why don't you release me and I'll show you what I'm capable of?" asked Kaguya hoping to provoke them into releasing her.

"Do you think we're stupid? If it wasn't because Wendy asked us to and we are in a serious situation, we would have locked you on the moon or somewhere else far away from here." said Lapis.

"Tsk." expressed Kaguya very annoyed by the situation.

"Look, we just want to ask you a couple of questions. Once you answer us, we'll leave you alone, if that's what you want." said Sakura.

Kaguya definitely hated that situation.

Having to answer a few questions as if she was a child who was going to be punished and in front of the reincarnation of Hagoromo's son.

She was about to refuse when she noticed something in the corner of her eye and turned her gaze there to see Wendy pleading with her eyes to do it, not out of obligation, but for her well-being.

Unable to resist that girl's gaze, Kaguya let out a groan of defeat.

"Alright, what do you want to know?" asked Kaguya.

"For starters, you could tell us about the demons that released you." said Naruto, causing the woman's eyes to widen in surprise.

"How do you know that?" asked Kaguya.

"Some acquaintances of ours ran into one of them and were able to defeat it, but barely. If they attacked them, it's a matter of time before they attack us and Wendy told us that you might know them somehow, since you're outside an impenetrable seal, which makes you the only person to have seen that... dark guild, Death Hand, and come back alive." said Tsunade.

Kaguya may have wanted to take down those demons personally, but as the saying went, the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

She may not have liked the idea of collaborating with the ninja to take down the demons after what they did to her, but if it meant taking them down, then, she could answer their questions.

"For starters, their leader and master of the dark guild, Dunkino, was the one who freed me and I dare say he was just as powerful, as I am." began Kaguya worrying those present. "Unlike the others, he is the only one with a human appearance, but with a pale and grayish skin, plus he carried a huge sword on his back."

"What can you tell us about the others?" asked Kakashi.

"I more or less counted five of them. One was some kind of gargoyle, another looked like a black floating sheet, another looked like an egg with his legs sticking out, another was a giant teddy bear, and the last one was a girl with a single huge eye on her face." said Kaguya.

"Good. At least we have her appearance." said Tsunade accepting the horned woman's answer.

"What happened to you? How did you end up in that state?" asked Wendy with slight concern.

"All I know is that when I woke up, I found out that they were the ones who released me from my seal and then, they offered me to join them." said Kaguya remembering her first encounter with the demons.

"Do you know what their goal is?" asked Sakura.

"It seems that they intend to create a utopia where they could make their greatest wishes come true." said Kaguya.

"Hmm. I'm surprised you didn't accept such an offer." said Lapis crossing her arms.

"They may have been the ones to set me free, but I would never ally myself with such unpleasant beings as them. Unfortunately, he didn't think so." said Kaguya.

"Who?" asked Wendy.

"Black Zetsu. Unlike me, he liked Dunkino's offer and that's when he betrayed me and attacked me." began Kaguya, much to the surprise of the sky dragon slayer. "As he was absorbing my chakra, he told me that he was fed up with me and that he would help create that utopia to fulfill his own desires. Fortunately, before all the chakra was used up, I was able to open a portal to escape and the last thing I remember was someone healing me."

"Well, you reap what you sow." said Naruto.

"Naruto!" said Wendy surprised by the jinchuriki's offensive comment.

"Your sons betrayed you because you did horrible things and now your other 'son', who was born of your will, also betrayed you for similar things." said Naruto.

"I agree with Naruto. As far as I'm concerned, you more than deserved it!" said Lapis.

Kaguya frowned at them before looking away, not wanting to give them an answer.

"Fine. This should do it." said Kakashi before he and Tsunade turned around to leave, with the others following behind them.

Before Wendy walked through the door, she stopped and turned her head to look at Kaguya.

"T-Thank you so much for your help." said Wendy bowing in thanks, which surprised the horned woman a bit.

Once she stood up, Wendy walked out of the cell, leaving Kaguya alone with her thoughts.

Sometime later, the six met in the Hokage's office to discuss the information obtained.

"Kakashi, did you notice anything unusual?" asked Tsunade, having her suspicions about the horned woman.

"I have analyzed her every movement and tone of voice. It doesn't look like she lied at any time." said Kakashi.

"Well, at least we're clear on their appearance as well as their target." said Sakura.

"I'll put all the ninja present as well as the rest of the villages on alert for someone with those characteristics." said Tsunade.

"So what do we do with Kaguya in the end? She's already provided us with the information we needed." said Naruto.

"Can't you seal her up again?" asked Lapis.

"I'm afraid it's not that simple. In order to seal it, Sasuke and I received Hagoromo's power, which allowed us to perform the jutsu that sealed it. I highly doubt Hagoromo will lend us his power again, not to mention we don't know anything about Sasuke." said Naruto.

"W-what if we let her?" asked Wendy snapping to attention. "I know she's very dangerous, but in that cell, she won't be able to do much. Besides, isn't it more important right now to take care of the demons?"

"You put up some good points. After all, it's almost impossible to kill her and, as Naruto said, we don't have the means to seal her in the same way as last time. Besides, it's more important to take care of some demons on the loose than a locked up woman." said Kakashi supporting Wendy's idea.

"*Sigh* When you put it like that, you're right. Okay, we'll leave her locked up for the time being, but only until we solve the demon problem. After that, we'll deal with her. And she will remain under constant high surveillance." said Tsunade.

"I thank you, Miss Tsunade." said Wendy with a bow of thanks, glad that woman could live a little longer.

"What do we do about the demons?" asked Sakura.

"At the moment, we can only wait until we know of their location or something. Until then, I need you to shape up. If what Temari said is true, you'll have to be ready for when the time comes to fight them." said Tsunade.

"Training, huh? I can handle that." said Naruto with a toothy grin.

"Yes, I will become stronger to fight the demons." said Wendy with determination.

"I won't lag behind either. I'm going to become so strong that I'll be able to defeat them easily." said Lapis with determination.

"That's the spirit." said Naruto giving them a thumbs up.

"Well then, you can go." said Tsunade.

After giving a nod, the five of them left the office with the goal of strengthening themselves for when the time comes to face the dark guild, Death Hand.
