Denial is a Wizard's Best Friend - Prologue

"Baby can I ask you a question?"

"Sure"

"Do you think they're ever going to admit how they feel about each other?" The young man asked his lover, who was currently sprawled across his body, legs entwined, torsos pressed together and face buried in the crook of his neck. His lover mumbled into his neck before raising himself slightly on the young man's chest.

"I doubt it, we are talking about not only two of the most stubbourn people in the world but also the two most deeply in an abyss of denial."

"But it's so obvious! You've seen how they look at each other. Its like everything around them ceases to exist when they clap eyes on each other. Like what happens to me whenever you walk into the room." Smirking adorably he placed a light kiss on his lover's chin. Grinning back dopily in response Blaise Zabini reached up and ran his fingers through his lover's hair lightly.

"Same thing happens to me Nev." The Slytherin said smiling tenderly at the Gryffindor, a sight rarely seen by any but his lover, Neville Longbottom, the boy currently sprawled atop him.

"Seriously baby, we should do something to help. Like I said I don't think they'll tell each other without a helping hand." Neville said pouting slightly and flashing the patented 'puppy dog eyes' at his Slytherin lover.

Groaning at the irresistable expression on the Gryggindor's face, Blaise pulled his lover deeper into his arms and placed a kiss on his lover's hair. "Alright, but sweetheart, how the hell are we going those two together. Harry and Draco are never going to admit easily." Looking down at his lover Neville grinned wickedly.

"That my darling Slytherin is why it's going to be so much fun."
