Now the story is getting more interesting.

Jaune gets a upgrade even though incomplete( now I can imagine kroragg voice from jaune everytime he puts on the suit). it's also has it downside which I like.
Every villain that's shown now (also some heros) I noticed are Disney inspired. was wondering if you're going to add more like power rangers and Marvel/DC inspired villains/heros.
Ps. I always liked Mesogog as a villain. He was truly frightening.

Oooh, nice. Koragg has such a badass and awesome voice. Funn fact, my favorite scene is when Yellow Wizard (I've long forgotten their names and feel too lazy to look them up) attacked him, thinking he turned Pink into a vampire. After Yellow showed how much stronger he had gotten, Koragg was actually impressed, even somewhat complimented him, before dominating him in the next second. Badass.

Technically, I'm using Dinsey's version of fairy tales, but potato potAAto with extra TomAAto.

I honestly should use more Power Ranger villains. Some of those guys were seriously badass. Like Mesogog, as you mentioned. Frightening, with a hint of tragedy. A scientist going full Jekyll and Hyde.

Then there's Venjix, a virus that could give Skynet and X.A.N.A. a run for their money.

Ooh! Or the classics like Rita Repula or Lord Zed! Ransik was also pretty badass. Not many villains can brag about killing a Red Ranger, after all. Ah, childhood memories.

SilentKnightFan-

Awesome special. Nightmare Before Christmas is one of my faves. Thanks for making this one. Glad to see Trivia and Anita cameos in here XD

Ah dang, that wouldve been cool if the tatoo thing was canon. Actually speaking of which, would Argent canonically use a scythe or have a mechashifting scythe/sword? Cuz that'd be cool to see. As always, love this dude and keep it up, excited for more :)

Well, a good what-if would be "If Ruby Chose Jaune or If Ruby Married Jaune", raising Argent together. The kid could be taught both of their parents' styles, and would more than likely make a mecha-shifting sword-scythe that Qrow would absolutely brag about since he's "copying his awesome gruncle", despite the sword needing a shield to fully transform into a scythe. So, yeah, Arie's weapon would be the perfect fusion between his mom's and dad's weapons and styles. Sounds almost overpowered, but hey, he's the next gen. They tend to improve on the last, after all.

Hope to keep entertaining you, dude.

Guest-

Just in the nick of time. To answer your question, I dont think youre abusing Argent simply because of the fact that Argent willingly puts himself in danger in a sense. He's been told many times by both Jaune and Nimue not to join them which he ignores. He wants to save people but he forgets that he cant save anyone if hes dead. Itd be abuse if Argent didnt wanna go in the first place but because he willingly goes and knows the danger of going with his parents on their adventure, i dont find it abusive.

While I dont have an exact idea of what SM night is gonna be with Jaune and Nimue, i do agree based on previous chapters, its gonna be ABSOLUTE HELL for Jaune XD I mean he's got aura and strong ass semblance, he'll be fiiiine XD

As for the people with the stupid comments about your work, pay them no mind dude. Unless they offer constructive criticism, not worth the effort to reply to them XD

As always dude, loving this fanfic and Im excited for more :)

I mostly meant: am I personally making Argent suffer to much? But I like this answer too much to care.

Oh, yeah. He's probably the only man in the world who can handle the natural sadism of the literal Spirit/Goddess of Destruction.

I'm a bit of an asshole, so I can't help but comment. I think what pisses me off about those living shit stains is the fact that, like you said, they NEVER offer constructive criticism. They just show up to remind me why I hate most of the human race. You realize how easy it is to see people like that and how hard it is to see good people like you? Doesn't help that I MIIIIIGHT be a bit messed up in the head. I live in America, after all. We're all just a tiny bit crazy, whether we want to admit it or not. Just look at our politics.

Anyway, I hope to keep entertaining you.

Now, onto the story.

Jaune looked at Argent in worry. He placed his hand on the boy's chest and let out an electric pulse. The first pulse made Argent cough, an air bubble blasting out of his mouth, Jaune sensing the water in his lungs being forced out by the pulse. Jaune then used his huge hand to cover Argent's nose and mouth before using wind magic to rotate whatever little air was in Argent's lungs, helping the child breathe.

Jaune then immediately swam towards Atlantica, relieved to see Marina swimming towards him, Melody next to her while Jim was signing to the soldiers, giving orders. Jaune and Nimueh didn't hesitate to swim toward the Sea Faunus.

Then, Jaune's eyes widened when he felt something wrap around his leg. He grabbed Nimueh's arm, surprising her, before shoving Argent into her arms. Before she could ask what was wrong, Jaune was yanked away from her, vanishing into the endless sea.

"JAUNE," Nimueh yelled in concern before looking down at her son. She bit her lip, worried about her husband, but more worried about her son. Jaune can breathe underwater now, and she doesn't need air, but Argent does. She immediately swam towards Marina, who was wide-eyed after seeing what happened to Jaune.

"WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!"

"I DON'T KNOW!" Nimueh then took a deep breath to calm herself. "But that doesn't matter. Jaune can handle himself. We need to get Argent somewhere safe."

"Yeah. I'll handle-" Marina's eyes widened. "Oh, come on."

Nimueh looked at the Faunus before turning around, growling in frustration. "Seriously?"

An entire legion of Thulhus, even more than before, charged toward Atlantica.

"Dammit, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS," Nimueh said as she unleashed a laser from her palm, destroying a quarter legion in a single swing of her arm.

"Nimueh, be careful! You just sputtered," Marina warned.

Nimueh looked at her hand, seeing it become transparent for just a second. "Dammit! He hasn't charged me to full strength in a while. This might be a problem."

"Indeed! For them!" The girls looked to see Trident swim up next to them. "If it is war they wish, THEN IT IS WAR THEY SHALL RECEIVE! FOR ATLANTICA! CHARGE," he roared as he pointed his trident and swam towards the Grimm, his army giving war cries as they followed their king, already killing plenty with their rifles before beginning to stab and slash them.

"Get Argent to safety," Nimueh ordered.

"But what about-" Marina began.

"NOW!"

Marina didn't even think about arguing with Nimueh at that point. She just grabbed Melody's hand and swam away, Argent in her arms.

As she swam, Thulhus tried to attack her, only to be taken out by soldiers, Jim, or Nimueh herself. Trident was too deep in enemy lines to try to protect his daughter. Since he was surrounded by enemies, he didn't even have a chance to notice she was in danger.

Then, when mother and daughter entered the castle, they swam around as fast as they could, all throughout the entire palace, until they learned something shocking.

'The entire palace is flooded,' Marina thought in horror, fear gripping her heart with worry for Argent. That's when she had a risky thought. 'Ambrosius. I need to hurry and have him repair the palace.' She looked down at Argent, knowing she'd be faster without him, but didn't want to leave him so defenseless in such a dangerous area, especially if he could drown. She then bit her lip before looking at her daughter.

"Melody."

"Huh?"

"Take care of Argent. Do what you must."

"Huh?! Mom, what are you-"

Marina paced Argent in Melody's arms, though the girl could barely hold him since they were about the same size. "I'm sorry to do this to you, my little pearl," Marina said with a sorrowful look in her eyes before swimming away.

The ten-year-old girl watched her mother vanish into a hallway before she tried to drag Argent to a safer place. She went to the safest place she knew, her room.

After locking the doors and barricading the windows, making sure it would be difficult for any Grimm to break into her room, she looked at Argent on her bed. 'What do I do?! He'll drown at this point! How am I supposed to help him,' she thought.

Then, she remembered something. She blushed at the mere thought of it... when she remembered how her mom prevented her dad from drowning.

Melody looked down at Argent. Though most people called him cute, Melody was one of the few who thought he was handsome... because of how much he reminded her of Jaune. The fact that she already has a little crush on the boy doesn't help matters either.

She was staring at his lips, gulping out of nervousness. Then, squeezing her eyes shut, she threw caution to the wind and tried out Sebas's CPR lessons for the first time ever. She never thought she would ever do this to anyone, let alone her uncle's son. Various thoughts rushed through her head as her mouth was over Argent's:
Does this count as my first kiss?
Am I going to be able to do this right?
Does this make us a couple?
Can I save him?
Will he know I kissed him?

She then thought of what was at stake and began to calm down. She started the unique brand of Sea Faunus CPR, sucking the water out of Argent's lungs, the water filtered out through Melody's gills. Then, she began to breathe oxygen into his body, courtesy of the filtering of her gills. She didn't know if she was doing this right or not. She was just glad she could feel his chest rise and fall without any resistance.

However, had she not had her eyes squeezed shut, she would have seen Argent's eyelids twitch.

Argent then slowly and weakly opened his eyes, seeing only the face of a pretty girl. Feeling drowsy, tired, and lulled by the strange sensation on his lips, however, Argent closed his eyes again. All he could do was lie down and allow the sweet, soft taste in his mouth to continue as he slept, not knowing his life was being preserved by the princess of Atlantica.

The tentacle was dragging Jaune through the ocean at torpedo speeds. As he was being dragged, he activated the visor function of his armor, his head covered by the helm, protected from the strong currents.

Before the helmet, he got slammed into a few reefs and underwater mountains, but now he could see just fine. When he was about to slam into a reef, he shot a powerful blast of water magic to his side, sending him blasting out of the way of the reef. He was now basically skiing underwater, trying to avoid any more debris, from more rock formations to innocent underwater life. He even had to duck to avoid a frightened barracuda.

Then, he was dragged farther down into a trench, light becoming more scarce. Fortunately, his Grimm physiology allowed him to see in the dark. A freaky sight that was.

Blobfish, goblin sharks, anglerfish, creatures that made even the Grimm look absolutely adorable in comparison. Then, he had to use acrobatics to avoid an actual giant squid that was half the size of a Kraken, the creature obviously trying to steal Jaune from whatever was dragging him.

Then, he saw that the tentacle was dragging him towards a massive underwater mountain. Seeing no way around the mountain, Jaune held out his hand and started blasting at it. He shot at it rapidly, already seeing it begin to crumble. Then, he stopped and began to charge as much magic as he had time to do. Right before slamming into the mountain, he unleashed the beam of magic he collected, completely destroying the mountain.

He then allowed him to be dragged to wherever he was headed until he saw the skeleton of a massive sea monster. 'There must be all kinds of monsters hidden underwater. Some of them might be even worse than Grimm,' Jaune thought. The tentacle was coming out of the skeleton's mouth, a bottomless pit too deep for even Jaune to see the end of surrounding the skeleton.

Finally seeing his destination, Jaune grabbed the tentacle and ripped it off of him, a screeching heard as it wriggled back into the skeleton.

'I doubt even Nimueh could reach me all the way here. Besides, Argent and Atlantica need her more than I do. . . I hope.'

Jaune looked at his armored hands. 'Gonna be hard to swim with these.' As soon as he thought that, the gauntlets receded, allowing Jaune's webbed hands and feet to be free. 'Hm.' Jaune then swam into the skeleton.

He swam through, seeing unfortunate Sea Faunus corpses on the ground, many of them already skeletons, some partially eaten, and too many that were fresh. What made it worse was that most of them... weren't Atlantican. They already had a fashion of clothing unique to them. Many of the victims had clothes from all over Remnant, including Menagerie.

'I'm going to have to let Ghira know about this,' he thought before looking forward. He then picked up his speed, trying to copy Trident and Marina as best he could.

Too bad it's easier said than done.

'OW,' he went after slamming his head into a bone wall due to swimming too quickly. 'Okay, try swimming at your own pace, Arc,' he thought as he swam. 'Seriously, this thing is huge. What kind of monster would it have been if it was alive?'

A roar then made the skeletal hideout shake. One that sounded uncomfortably close.

'And what kind of monster made that,' he thought before swimming.

He then finally reached a proper lair, an actual cauldron in the center of the room. He looked around to see vials filled with strange liquids, parts of different fish, and living creatures.

"So this is your lair. It's as disturbing as I thought it would be. Come out, Soheks! I know you're alive! Just as I know who brought you back."

"Well, aren't we clever?"

Jaune looked behind him to see a giant hermit crab shell that even he could be able to fit in. 'Whatever was in that must have been even bigger than a Queen Mole Crab,' he thought.

"But you're not very smart, HERO," she spat out. "I still remember our last encounter."

"You mean how I stopped you from enslaving Marina with that Semblance of yours?"

"I mean how I almost broke your neck." A tentacle then shot out of the darkness at impossible speeds.

Yet, Jaune caught the tentacle easily and cut it off with his ice-covered hand, Soheks screaming in pain within the darkness as her tentacle rushed back.

"Yeah, you almost did. But I'm far more powerful now than I was back then," he said as he shook his hand clean of the ice.

Soheks growled before it became a disturbing chuckle.

"What's so funny?"

"You. You always got in my way. Let us recount your sins against me. Let's see, you prevented Princess Marina from making a contract with me, preventing her from getting that fetching young man."

"She could have done better than that kid, and I was right. Jimbo is a much better catch."

"Indeed. But you also stopped me from unleashing the Megalo that would have destroyed Trident and his little kingdom, as well as getting in the way of my plan to kill him myself!"

"And thanks to you, I have bragging rights about killing one of the Four Legends of the Deep."

"Speaking of the Legends, you also killed something else that day. Hm, let's see. Oh, yes. YOU KILLED ME!"

"Technically, Trident was the one to finish you off," he said with a smirk beneath his helm.

"And as soon as I'm resurrected, you stand in the way of my conquest of Atlantica again."

"Guilty as charged."

"Speaking of guilt. You. Murdered. MY. DAUGHTERS!"

Tentacles shot out towards Jaune, too many for him to catch or grab. They slammed into his chest, sending him slamming into the wall with Soheks potion cabinet above him, the vials falling out and floating around.

Jaune was then grabbed by the ankle before he was flung around, being slammed against the walls and ceiling before being slammed near the cauldron, Jaune floated there before he shook his head and regained his posture. 'Armor works well,' he thought.

He then received a shock when Soheks finally revealed herself.

"For my babies, you will die here, Arc," darkly spoke the Grimmified Soheks.

Marina was swimming as fast as she could through the halls. It didn't take her long to reach the entrance that led toward her grotto. However, the moment she was about to go down the tunnel, a Thulhu swam down towards her with a roar.

Marina was able to swim out of the way just in time, causing the beast to slam into the ground. It then swam back up, growling at the crown princess.

Marina sighed. "I'm going to have to ask Ambrosius to fix that too, you know."

The Thulhu roared as it shot at Marina, trying to slash her face off.

She easily avoided it, an unimpressed expression on her face, not even a single strand of her long red hair being cut off. The Thulhu swam around and charged at her, ready to slash or bite her.

However, Marina grabbed its arm and started spinning it around to the point it was turning into a circle. When it reached that speed, Marina started to swim around the beast, forming a small whirlpool around it, making the spinning even worse for it. After she created a spherical water prison for the Grimm, Marina swam in front of it and took a deep breath.

She then held up her dominant hand, took more deep breaths, and reeled back her hand, concentrating on a specific spot. Then, she shot her open palm and struck the Grimm right in its chest. All the water around the Thulhu blasted past the monster, tearing it to pieces. It then began to float down, dead, fading away.

Marina looked down into the eye of the creature, the red eyes still staring at her, almost as if in shock.

"What? I'm the daughter of a warrior king and the wife of one of my kingdom's best soldiers. You really thought I didn't know how to defend myself," she asked with a raised eyebrow and sassy smile.

As soon as the Thulhu completely faded away, Marina rushed down the tunnel. She sped down the tunnel as fast as she could, wanting to reach the grotto.

"WHOA," she went after a beam shot in front of her. She looked through the hole. It was deep, leading all the way to the outskirts of the kingdom where the battle was being fought. Though Sea Faunus has poor far sight, Marina could still see the fighting. "Please tell me I'm not seeing a Thulhu Dagon," she said to herself.

On the battlefield, Nimueh was swimming around something huge before she swam up and threw a punch. Her punch made the Dagon stumble before it tried to retaliate with an enraged slash. Its attack was stopped by Trident, shooting a beam at its hand from his weapon. It roared at Trident, not seeing Jim swimming toward its eye.

Using his Semblance, Morph, Jim turned his trust gun into a Hunting Bowie Knife and stabbed into the Dagon's eye, making it roar in pain. Jim ripped his knife out, about to swim away, only to be tackled by a Thulhu, the Grimm biting into his shoulder. It took all of Jim's will not to yell out in surprised pain, feeling the sting of the bite, even through his Aura, but he kept his mouth shut. He even stabbed the Thulhu through its head, killing it.

When he saw it was darker, he looked up to see the Dagon about to slam its massive hand on him, not even Jim being fast enough to swim out of the way.

However, Nimueh was fast enough to swim in front of Jim and blast the hand away before grabbing and swimming away with him.

As she swam, she felt Jim pat her hand, causing her to look at him. Jim then used sign language.

I CAN SEE YOUR SWORD. YOU'RE FADING AWAY.

Nimueh held up her hand, seeing that she was indeed see-through.

"Dammit! I'm running out of Aura. I won't be able to fight for long."

THEN WE'D BETTER END THIS FIGHT, SOON, Jim signed.

"Yeah," she said before tossing Jim at a Thulhu, the man grabbing and slitting the monster's throat before turning towards the Dagon, the biggest threat in the battle, the giant Grimm roaring at the Atlantican Army.

"Not good," Marina said. "The Kingdom's taking too much damage, and the cannons are absolutely needed. I need to get to Ambrosius," she said before swimming at top speed, reaching the grotto in maybe thirty seconds, tops.

She then pushed the rock out of the way, grabbed the staff as it was floating out, and held it up. "Ambrosius!"

Time stopped. The smoke began to flow out of the staff. Then, Ambrosius sighed in contentment. "Ready for my artistry already, I see. Ah, I see you're alone this time, Marina."

"Yeah, but not by choice. We're in a lot of trouble, Ambrosius."

"I see. So, what do you need?"

"The kingdom has taken a lot of damage. The entire kingdom is flooded. We need to fix it or else Argent and even Jim might drown! Please, repair the damage."

"Hm. So my work has been damaged. That's an issue. Well, do you have the schematics to the kingdom?"

"Schematics?! You BUILT the kingdom!"

"And? There are certain rules that need to be abided by, Marina."

"I thought you could break the rules thanks to Jaune!"

"And is Jaune here?"

"Err. Uh, don't you have his residual Aura like Nimueh does?"

Ambrosius laughed. "Marina, Nimueh has been with Jaune for YEARS. He just gave me an aura boost about half an hour ago. Whatever Aura he gave me is long gone."

"Dammit! What am I supposed to-" She began before looking around. "Wait a minute... I'm in my grotto." She then swam around. "Come on. Come on. I know I put it here some- THERE!" Marina then swam over to Ambrosius, holding a shell. She then opened the shell, Hard Light Dust shining out of it and showing the schematics of the castle.

"So you kept it."

"Of course, I would. These are the schematics of the home I love. Of course, it would be a treasure to me."

"Nice. Very nice. It also helps that they were created by your first love."

Marina blushed. "D-Don't bring that up! Jaune is like my older brother!"

"Now, you mean."

"Shut up," she said, looking away in embarrassment.

"Now, what parts of the castle are damaged?"

Marina's eyes widened as she looked at Ambrosius. "Come again?"

Jaune tried to avoid the tentacles, but Soheks was much faster than he was, being in her element. Her tentacles were like bats, smacking Jaune all around. She then wrapped her tentacles around Jaune's arms and legs, beginning to pull him apart.

Jaune groaned in pain a bit before he looked serious, a single red orb glowing behind his visor. He then sparked before shooting out electricity, shocking Soheks, the witch retracting her tentacles.

Jaune then swam up to her, accidentally going at high enough speeds to headbutt her, but followed up with a successful ax kick that sent her smashing onto the ground. He then froze her to the ground, swimming down to glare at her.

"What have you done, Soheks?! You threw away your humanity, and for what?!"

Soheks chuckled darkly before looking up at Jaune, red eyes staring at a black helm. "I was never human, Arc. I was a Faunus."

"Not anymore. You turned yourself into a monster."

"Sure I'm not a Faunus anymore... BUT LOOK AT THE POWER I'VE GAINED!"

A rumbling was heard, and Jaune looked down. He was then slammed into by massive tentacles, sending him speeding out of Soheks's lair. When he regained his balance, Soheks was in front of him, an insane smile on her face. She then grabbed his helm and started shocking him, the hero screaming in agony.

"WITH POWER LIKE THIS, ATLANTICA WILL EASILY FALL TO ME! I WILL HAVE NEARLY EVERYTHING YOU STOLE FROM ME! I WILL HAVE MY KINGDOM! I WILL HAVE MY SLAVES! I WILL HAVE THAT OLD GROUPER'S LEGENDARY TRIDENT AS WELL AS HIS PRETTY DAUGHTER AND ADORABLE GRANDDAUGHTER AS MY TROPHIES! EVERYTHING YOU TOOK FROM ME WILL BE MINE, EXCEPT FOR TWO THINGS! TWO PRECIOUS THINGS! GIVE ME BACK MY DAUGHTERS!"

Jaune screamed even louder as the voltage increased. Then, his scream turned into determined growls as he grabbed Soheks arms. He then made her scream as he burned her arms to the point that her Aura was close to shattering. When she released Jaune, he used her as a sort of kickboard to gain some distance from her.

She looked at her arms, which were red from the intense heat. She growled before glaring at Jaune. "DAMN YOU!"

"Curse me all you want. I'm still taking you down, Soheks."

She then giggled before it became a dark and low laugh. "By yourself? Do you really think you can beat ME alone?"

"Like I keep saying, I'm not the man I was back then as I am now."

She then laughed softly. "True. You are far more powerful now than you were then. However, even with that new power, even you are not invincible, hero."

Jaune glared at the witch. 'What is she on about?'

Soheks then gave an ear-splitting shriek. Jaune knew that without his helmet, he definitely would have been stunned by that, if not knocked out.

Jaune then reached for the Sword Symbol on his arm, taking out and wielding the Nimueh replica. "It's going to take a lot more than a scream to beat me, So-"

A rumbling was heard, followed by an incredibly loud roar. Then, a massive hand appeared and crushed Sohek's hideout. Then, another hand appeared before a giant octopus appeared. Jaune then quickly realized he wasn't starting at the head of a Kraken or any other octopi Grimm creature, he was staring at the head of the beast getting ready to fight him.

When the beast stood, it only had its torso up to its head visible. The head looked absolutely like that of a Kraken's, but that was where the similarities ended. It had a humanoid and masculine build, bat-like wings, and a terrible aura that made even Jaune shutter. It didn't help that Jaune was about the size of a flea compared to the massive monster.

"A Grand King Thulhu," Jaune whispered in horror.

One of the Legendary Four Creatures of the deep looked down at Jaune. It actually had to bend over to be able to see Jaune, showing how massive the monster was. The beast then roared at Jaune, ready for their fight.

"Oh, boy."

"I'm sorry, but WHAT DID YOU JUST ASK ME," Marina yelled.

"What parts of the kingdom are damaged," Ambrosius asked.

"HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?!"

"Well, without that knowledge, I can't do anything."

"Can't you tell?! You're the one who built this place, aren't you?!"

"Sorry, sweetheart, but I have rules to follow. And don't forget, it's only thanks to Jaune and his detailed schematics that I was able to create your beloved kingdom."

Marina's eyes widened. "Jaune. Jaune! That's right! You would have been able to fix anything with Jaune's help, right?"

"Hm? Well, yes. I suppose that's true. Well, when he boosts my powers with that Semblance of his, anyway."

"Right, right! He amplified you, didn't he?! Why not use that power?!"

Ambrosius laughed. "Don't tell me you forgot."

"What?"

"How do you think I made his armor?"

Marina's eyes widened. "Oh, crap."

"Indeed. The power he gave me is long gone. Unless you carry extra Aura on you somehow, I can't do the same feats as before. It's back to the rules, baby."

Marina took a moment to think, her concentration was broken by the sound of explosions.

Trident roared as he pointed his weapon, his soldiers giving battle cries as they charged at the enemy, Sea Faunus slamming into Thulhus, Grimm slicing through soldiers, and heroes being crushed under the might of the Thulhu Dagon.

The beast then began to inhale, creating a vortex that one unfortunate soldier was sucked into, his blood gushing out of the Grimm's gills. Then, when the creature ceased inhaling, it unleashed a beam of water which blasted out at such forces that it not only shattered a man's Aura, it turned the poor victim into pulp.

The beam then stuck the kingdom, causing more damage to the palace.

The damage was so great that it caused Melody to fumble, the girl falling away from Argent. She looked at him in worry before clasping her mouth over his, sucking the water out and trying to breathe oxygen back into his lungs.

The Dagon continued to blast more water at the palace before Nimueh uppercut its mouth shut, following up with a kick to the chin.

The large Grimm stumbled back before it smacked her away, Nimueh slamming into the outer wall. When the bubbles dispersed, it was shown that Nimueh was even more transparent than before, her sword now fully visible. Still, she growled at the beast in defiance, not ready to back down from the war.

Jim shot one Thulha in the head killing it, quickly turning to shoot another as another tried to tackle him. He swerved, avoiding it to kick it away while following with a shot to the head killing it as well. He then saw Nimueh and the Dagon preparing to attack her, he quickly shot the monster in the eye causing it to scream in agony. Nimueh looked to see Jim float beside her, giving each other nods in appreciation. They looked at the beast, Jim morphed his gun into his bowie knife as they prepared themselves.

The Dagon roared inhaling more water before shooting it at the two, only for Trident to swim in front of Nimueh and his son-in-law. He used his Semblance, channeling his Aura into the tip of his trident, and blasting it out like a laser, clashing with the water.

"BEHOLD, THE SEA KING'S WRATH," he roared as he dueled the Dagon.

The sound of the clash could be heard and felt all the way to the Grotto.

"Oh, by the gods, this isn't good. At this rate, even my father might not make it. Ambrosius, there has to be something you can do!"

"Unless you tell me what needs fixing or get Jaune here to boost my power, there isn't. Sorry," he shrugged.

Marina bit her lip as she ruffled her own hair. She then dragged her hands down her face, her hands stopping at her throat.

Her eyes widened. "My throat. . . My voice. . . MY SEMBLANCE!"

"Hm? Something the matter, Marina?"

"Jaune boosted your power by giving you some of his Aura, right?!"

"Yes. Yes, he did."

"Is there even so much as a sliver of his Aura within you?!"

"Well, truthfully, yes. There is a residual amount of his Aura, but it's nowhere near enough to do anything. I could probably patch a hole the size of a grain of sand with it, but that's nothing."

"No! That's plenty!"

"Hm," Ambrosius went with a raised eyebrow.

Marina then took a breath and began to sing.

"Uh, what are you-" Ambrosius then began to glow. "Oh. Ooh, that's not bad. Nowhere close to Jaune's level, but it's not bad."

Marina continued to sing until she gave off a final high note, ending her song.

"What? That's it?"

Marina began to pant. "My Siren's Song isn't infinite. I can only sing for so long, you know."

"Mm, it really is weaker than Jaune's Semblance. Still, it's uncanny how alike you two are."

"As much as I enjoy being compared to Jaune, I'd be happier to hear you say you have enough power to fix Atlantica."

"Oh, I have more than enough." Marina sighed in relief. "Now, stand back, princess, and witness my artistry!"

Ambrosius then began to wave his hands, the lines associated with his powers appearing. Then, he clapped his hands together before spreading his arms out, sending a blue wave that engulfed all around them.

The wave traveled all throughout the palace, repairing anything its light touched. Holes were being sealed, doors were being repaired, and debris was being placed back where it originated without a single crack left behind. When the palace was repaired, the water began to drain, the halls dry once more.

As the water drained, Melody was still giving Argent CPR. When it was gone, Argent was able to breathe through his nose again. His eyelids shuttered a bit before slowly opening. What he saw was Melody's close-up closed eyes. "Mm?"

Melody's eyes shot open, the two now staring into the eyes of the other. Argent slowly sat up, Melody not parting, the two staring wide-eyed at each other. Then, the two finally parted, the smack of an ending kiss being heard, their lips finally separating as they stared at each other.

"Uh," Argent went.

Melody turned bright red before she screamed in embarrassment.

"BRMM!"

Melody opened one eye, only to see that she had punched Argent in the face. Argent then fell back onto the bed, eyes white, the boy totally unconscious. Melody was absolutely embarrassed, but sighed in relief seeing that Argent was both okay... and unconscious.

Meanwhile, as Trident continued his beam struggle against the Dagon, the beast was shot, making it roar in pain, ending its beam. That was what caused Trident's Sea King's Wrath to blow the beast's head off, killing it.

Trident looked behind him to see his kingdom completely repaired, its defenses back in order. The automotive cannons then began to fire, taking out waves of Thulhu.

Trident smirked as he raised his mighty, golden spear. "FOR ATLANTICA!"

The soldiers roared, ecstatic at the sight of the tides changing in their favor. They then proceeded to continue the war, victory in sight.

Jaune was sent smashing into the ground, groaning as his Aura shattered. 'Not surprised.'

He ripped himself out of the ground before looking up. "OH, SHIT!" He then blasted fire from his hands and feet, blasting away to avoid being smashed by King Thulhu's hand.

'It's so fast, despite being so deep underwater! My only advantage is that it's staying in one spot for some reason.' The Grand King Thulhu then inhaled. It was just a second, but it was enough force for Jaune to feel like he was being pulled in. Then, it shot a water bullet at Jaune. "SO MUCH FOR AN ADVANTAGE," he screamed as he braced for impact, the bullet too fast for him to avoid.

The force of the bullet slammed Jaune into the ground, even deeper than when the Grimm struck him. 'Ow. If I wasn't wearing this armor, I'd be dead.'

Soheks laughed madly. "THIS IS MAGNIFICENT! ALL THIS POWER! I HAVE MAGIC! I HAVE A GRAND KING THULHU! I AM ABOUT TO KILL JAUNE ARC! THIS IS MAGNIFICENT! WITH THIS POWER, I AM THE RULER OF ALL THE OCEAN! THE WAVES OBEY MY EVERY WHIM! THE SEA AND ALL ITS SPOILS BOW TO MY POWER!"

Jaune then burst out of the crater, shaking his head before glaring towards Soheks. She was swimming next to the Thulhu, looking like a flea herself.

"NOTHING BOWS TO YOU, SOHEKS!"

She looked down at Jaune, her smile never wavering. "IS BEING SO CLOSE TO DEATH DRIVING YOU MAD, ARC?! YOUR LIFE HANGS BY BUT A THREAD! YOU WILL DIE BY MY HAND THIS DAY!"

"NO, I WON'T! YOU'RE NOT THE ONE I'M FIGHTING! I'M FIGHTING HIM," he said as he pointed at the Grand King Thulhu.

"HE OBEYS ME! THROUGH ME, SHALL HE SLAY YOU! THROUGH ME, SHALL HE CRUSH YOU! THROUGH ME, YOU WILL DIE!"

"NONE OF THIS POWER IS YOURS!" Her smile lessened. "YOU ONLY HAVE THIS POWER BECAUSE OF THE GOD OF DARKNESS! IF IT WASN'T FOR HIM, YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH A FRACTION OF THIS! IT'S ONLY BECAUSE OF HIM THAT THE GRIMM NEXT TO YOU HASN'T CRUSHED YOU BETWEEN ITS FINGERS LIKE THE INSECT YOU ARE!"

"SHUT UP!" Her smile was finally replaced by an enraged scowl. "SHUT UP! SHUT UP! SHUT UP! THIS IS MY POWER NOW! THIS CREATURE IS MINE! YOUR DEATH IS MINE! EVERYTHING WILL BE MINE!"

"YOU MEAN UNTIL DARKNESS COMES BACK AND TAKES EVERYTHING FROM YOU!"

"I SAID SHUT UP! GRAND KING THULHU, RISE FROM THE DEPTHS AND CRUSH HIM BENEATH YOUR FEET!"

The Grimm growled as it complied. Its massive leg rising alone caused a whirlpool that almost sucked Jaune in, only for the whirl to be countered by the Grimm standing, a wave hitting Jaune like a truck as he was sent rushing away. When he regained his balance he looked in front of him to see... the Grand King Thulhu's shin.

He looked up until his neck couldn't go higher, only to see its knee. He then floated back, looking up at the giant's body.

On one of his missions, he had to climb the highest mountain in all of Remnant in order to hunt a Wyvern. When Jaune was at the base of the mountain, he couldn't even see anything close to the apex of the mountain. This was the exact same scenario with the Grand King Thulhu. He could barely see the pectoral of the monster.

Then, Jaune heard a rushing.

He looked around to see where it was coming from, only to see the massive hand of the monster rushing towards him. He had enough time to swim below its reach, which he did. He watched in awe and horror as the giant hand rushed past him before he heard another rush. He looked behind him to see an underwater wave rush toward him.

It was too late to even think about avoiding it.

Jaune was caught in the rushing waters, being carried by the force. The pressure of rising from the depth of the ocean felt like torture, Jaune feeling like he was being crushed beneath the foot of an Alpha Megoliath before feeling like he was also lit on fire. He could even hear his bones fracturing under the pressure.

Then, for a split second, he saw the head of the Grand King Thulhu, the two looking into the other's eyes before Jaune was taken away by the rushing water.

Then, Jaune burst out of the ocean, flying high into the sky with the water.

'ONE SWING OF ITS HAND SENT ME FLYING ALL THE WAY TO THE SURFACE?! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?!'

Jaune then looked behind him, his eyes widening at what he saw. Beneath him was the shadow of the Grand King Thulhu, its head just below the surface of the ocean as it looked up at Jaune with its massive glowing red eyes. 'A Grand King Thulhu is that tall?! It's even taller than Mt. Ozma! How am I supposed to beat something that makes a Mobius look like a doll in comparison?!'

Jaune was then wrapped by one of the Grand King Thulhu's tentacles. "Aw, crap."

The Grimm swung down with all its awesome might, sending Jaune shooting down the ocean faster than any torpedo could hope to go. The pressure was even worse than before. He felt like he was being pulled apart. He could feel his bones crack, even some ribs break, his blood vessels beginning to burst.

He knew that his armor was the only thing literally keeping him together. Without it, he would have been torn to shreds. Without his Ambrosian Garb, even he would have been dead fighting this monster.

He smashed into the bottom of the ocean with that thought, coughing up blood, his helm filtering it out into the ocean.

'Yeah, I'm fucked. It would take an entire kingdom to take on this thing. It really is the highest class of Grimm. No way can I beat it,' he thought as he tried to get up.

When he did, he touched something, his eyes widening. He looked down to see he was on top of a strange white stone... with red streaks. 'No way I can beat it... alone.'

Jaune then closed his eyes to concentrate, hoping this insane idea would work. Then...
