142. The black knight

Hello and welcome to the next chapter of Tales of Tamers Xilla! Today is going to be one hell of a chapter because were finally going to see something I been saving for a while now. So let get right to the excitement. Recap

Last time on Tales of Tamers Xilla; The gang were on their way to the kingdom of Vacuo to meet with Lupe to set up trade routes and to get support against their enemies. But when they arrive, they learn that Dorumon brother Dexdorugoramon was destroying the kingdom. He even left the girl Sven knew Vita an orphan. The gang prepare to face him, as Sven felt useless and blame himself for this to be happening. It was thanks to Hiro telling him he too once felt that way and was able to overcome it. Soon Dexdorugoramon appears as Sven and Dorumon took him on. It looks like Alphamon have won until Dexdorugoramon digivolve to Dexmon. The others join Alphamon in the fight but were no match for Dexmon. But Alphamon and Ouyumon refuse to give up as they DNA digivolve into Alphamon Ouryuken mode and defeated Dexmon once and for all. Afterward Sven decided to adopt Vita as his little sister to give her a home.

Chapter 142

The black knight

Normal Pov: Salem Lair: In the lab of the Grimm queen castle everyone has gather in front of a large pod. Inside of it was the shadow outline of a large figure. "So, he is finally ready?" Salem ask. Yes, my final general and who could be the most powerful. A fitting replacement for Dexdorugoramon." Grimmon said. "You sure this guy will help us?" Mercury ask. "Oh, believe young Black, he will get the job done. Doctors if you will." Grimmon said. The two doctors nod as they begin to type on some consoles. the pod begins to drain as it soon open to let the figure drop to his knees. "Rise my warrior." Grimmon command as the figure stood up to face him. His red eyes stare to everyone in the room. "He certainly looks powerful." Cinder said as she studies the figure. "Do you know who I am?" Grimmon ask. The figure nods and kneel to him. "I do my lord." He said in a deep voice. "Instant loyalty impressive." Salem said with a smirk. "But will bucket head be able to handle the kids?" Sinclair ask. Grimmon let out a grin. "Let find out shall we." He said as he turns to the figure.

"My friend it time to for a test drive as the humans would say. We wis to see how powerful you are." Grimmon said. "How so my lord?" the figure ask. "You are to lure out and face our foes the Tamers." Grimmon said. The figure nods. "If it your will my lord so, be it." he said as his eyes glows mundanely. Takato Pov: It been a week since Vacuo, thanks to Dexmon the kingdom will take a while to recover. Everyone was surprised that Sven took in Vita, but I believe it was a good thing for them. Give him another reason to fight for. Right now, Me Team Jakr, Jeri, Ai, Mako, Kazu, Aiko Sinon, And Sistersmon Blanc were in Fennmount. "Ah Fennmount home to the La forte research lab. Why don't we take a look at it." Aiko said with her normal mad grin. "Aiko, we cannot break into La forte just because you want to see what they are working." I said with a sigh. "This coming from the rebel Prince of Rieze Maxia. Come on chumbly live a little." Kazu said. I smirk at him. "Well, Kazu I would be happy to send you one of my e-cakes." I said.

Kazu face lost color as he fell to his knees. "Please not again." He said. "Yep, goggles piss." Jerico said. "They can't be that bad, can they? I mean Kirito told me about them being able to cover a whole room when they go off." Sinon said. "Trust us cat girl, you do not want to be around them when they go off." Koga said with a shudder. "I still don't understand how you get them to explode." Alice said. "Yeah, goggles how do you do it?" Impmon ask. 'Trade secret guys, speaking of my cakes. A certain guard I know should be getting one right about now." I said as we heard a low boom. "Damn you Outway!" We heard a voice scream out. I grin. 'Ah there it is." I said with a chuckle. "Must you always prank Mister Eldin Takato?" A voice ask as we saw Jude and Milla heading to us. "So how the newlyweds?" Ryo ask. "Were doing fine." Jude said. Milla nod. "Agreed were quite happy. Although I would like to hit Salem in the face for attacking our wedding. Is that normal?" Milla ask. Aiko giggles. "Sure, is Maxy." She said. "I say if anyone wedding got ruin, they would want a piece of the want who did it." Koga said. "No kidding, you don't mess with a girl wedding without playing the price." Sinon said

"So, what are you guys up to?" I ask. "Were just making our rounds as you know we been releasing the finish Spyrites. We just wanted to see how it is going." Jude said as we look around to see several people with glowing animals. "So that what they are?" Kazu said. "There so cool Jeri can we get one?" Mako ask. "Maybe, it good to see that your guys dream finally came true." Jeri said. Milla smile. "Yes, it has been a long road, but we have finally reach it." She said. "Speaking of Spyrites, you still have the old Maxwell one on you Jude?" I ask. "Old Maxwell?" Agumon ask. "He referring to my pressor the Original Maxwell." Milla said. "Awhile back we found the old Maxwell spirit fossil which we use to make a Spyrite to stop a pair of out-of-control golems." Jude said. 'And that was a fun day to have." I said with a roll of my eye. "Yeah, but to get it to work properly I needed to give it proof that I wanted to work with them." Jude said. "What kind of proof?" Gabumon ask. "It the song Ludger always sing." I said. "Yes, Ludger ancestor Milla Kresnik was the first human to ever summoned Maxwell. They were quite close to each other. I was name after her when Maxwell creates me." Milla said.

"And you don't find it strange that your husband now carries your dad in his pocket?" Sinon ask. "Not at all. I know where he is when I would need his advice." Milla said. "So how did your dad take the news, I didn't see him at wedding." I ask. Jude sigh. "He was busy with work." Jude said. "Sound like a real asshole not to go to his own son wedding." Ryo said with a shrug. "Guess I knock who next on my e-cake list" I said. "Can you not Takato, I don't think my dad can take anymore since you send him one every month." Jude said. I smirk. "Hey, he deserves it, and you know it." I said as my scroll went off. I saw the call was from Ludger. I put it on speaker. "Hey Ludger, what up?" I ask. "Takato is Jerico and Koga with you right now it important." He said concern. "Uh yeah they are why?" I ask. He left out a sigh of relief. " "Jeez Ludes were ok, what got your undies in a twist?" Jerico ask. "Any are you asking about them?" Alice ask. "Because me and Gaius were alerted that an army outpost in Fezebel marsh was just attack. But the strangest thing is the one attacking is Omnimon!" He shout. "What!" We all shout. " Ludger how long ago was this?" I ask. "About 2 hours ago." He said.

"Then it can't be them, they were with us the entire time." Milla said as she crosses her arms over her chest. "Could it be another Omnimon?" Jeri ask. "I doubt it Jeri, Omni boy is one of a kind." Impmon said as he has his hand behind his head. "Whatever is going one we'll figure it out. Ludger leave it to us." I said. "Thanks best of luck guys." He said as he hung up. "So back to the marsh?" Ruo ask. I nod. "Yeah, let get moving." I said. It took us about 2 hours to the marsh, once there we found it to be really quiet it was odd. "Strange, I don't hear anything." Koga said as we look around. "Agreed, there are no monster in sight." Milla said. "Think were walking into a trap?" Jude ask. I chuckle. "Jude my friend, it always a damn trap." I said as several Bergials surround us. "Uh oh, do the misters monkies want a banana?" Blanc ask nervously. "I don't think these chumps are hungry kid." Impmon said as we got ready for the Grimm. "Let take them out." i said. "Digi-modify Digivolvtion/Matrix Digivolvtion activate!" We shout.

'Burn them away Moeru Ryu!" I shout as I change to my shikai. "Hono no tenpesuto!" I shout as I shot a fire tornedo at them. "Pyro blaster!" Growlmon shout as he shot a fire blast toward one sending it back. Jeri was dodging a bergial strike as she slices of it arms and then stab it in the head. "Fist of the beast!" Leomon shout as he shot the lion head blast into one. Kazu was on Guardromon back as the machine Digimon was boxing with one of the Grimm. "Guardian barrage!" He shout as he shot at it point blank to finish it off. Ryo swung his staff to cave in a Bergial head. "Strike fang!' Strikedramon shout as he tackles into a Grimm and tore it in two. Alice wraps her whip sword around one waist and cut it in half. "Black beam!" Dobermon shout as he shot the black blast into one. Jerico threw his burning double edge sword to behead several of them. "Nova blast!" Greymon shout as he shot the large fire ball at them. Koga unleash his wolf pack to maul a bergial. "Howling blaster Garurumon shout as he shot blue flames at them. Aiko smirk as her drones form a laser grid and slice one to bits.

"Sonic vulcan!" Jazardmon shout as he quickly guns a few down. Reapmon stove his shotgun into one mouth. "Choke on it bitch Guithish!" He shout as he blasts the Grimm head off. Sinon took out some metal ball and threw them as they stick to a Bergial chest. The Grimm look confuse as the ball explodes and blew off its upper half. "Demon fist!" Jude shout as he slams his fist into one. "Z slasher!" Milla shout as she quickly cut one down. "Divine Priece!" Blanc shout as she shot a gold beam to take out the last one. "That when well." Ryo said. "But it that something happens here." Jerico said. "Let get moving." i said as we continue on, it wasn't look until we came to the outpost. What we saw shock us. Bodies of the soldiers litter the area. Jeri covers the eyes of her siblings to keep them from looking. "Horrible." Alice said. "Man, this place got hit hard." Kazu said. "Let look around." I said. "Agreed we may find a clue to what cause this." Jude said. as we examine the area. I notice there was large slash marks in the ground. "This look like it was made with a large blade." I said. 'Takato over her." Koga call out . I saw him and Sinon were kneeling over a large trench. "This was made with some serious fire power." He said.

"But not from any gun I seen, the ground is burn, most likely from an energy weapon." Sinon said. "You sure?" I ask. "I am, my time in GGO taught me about many kinds of weapons, none I know off can do this." She said. "Then question is what could have done this?" I ask. 'That would be me." A voice said as the wind grew fierce. We turn to face the direction it was coming from. We saw someone standing there as the wind died down. We were shocked, it really is an Omnimon. Only he looks different, his armor was black with gold details. His eyes were red, and he has a black cape on his back. "A black Omnimon?" Agumon said confuse. I check my D-ark. "[Omnimon Zwart ultra level black knight Digimon. A version of Omnimon when he became corrupted by black digitron. He'll destroy all who stand against him with his grey sword and garuru cannon attacks.]" I said. "So, I guess we now know what Grimmon did with Agumon and Gabumon data." Aiko said. "So, we meet at last Tamers." Zwart said in a hollow voice. "Were you the one who did this?" I ask. He chuckles. "I was. my master order me to remove you, so I needed bait." He said.

"You monster, they have nothing to do with this!" Jeri shout at him. "That right you bully." Blanc said. "It doesn't matter to me, I will fulfil my master will." Zwart said as a blade came out of his Greymon head. "Doesn't look like he wants to talk." Impmon said. "Then let put him down. Jude you Milla, and Sinon look after the kids." I said as he nod as they got out of sight. "Biomerge activate!" We shout.

'Shield of the just!" I shout as I shot my shield beam at him. Zwart use his sword to cut my attack in half down the middle. He powerful this won't be an easy fight. "Thunderclap!" Justimon shout as he sent a shockwave at the black knight. "Grey sword!" Zwart shout as he swung his sword to fire an black energy slash to counter and knock Justimon back. "Pyramid power!"Anubimon shout as he threw the energy bomb toward Zwart. Zwart vanish to avoid it and reappear behind the dogman and grab him by his wings a then threw him to the ground. "Eat this Atomic ray!" Hiandromon shout as he shot at Zwart. "Garuru cannon!" Zwart shout as he counters with a black energy blast taking the android down. "Barrage sweeper!" Heavyleomon shout as he fires his shoulder guns at Zwart, they only bounce of the knight armor. Beelzebumon then charge at him. "Eat this Douch bag Darkness claw!" He shout as he slashes at Zwart. "Foolish demon." Zwart said as he slaps the demon lord with his cannon forcing him down. "Get wreck Terra force!" Wargreymon shout as he threw the energy ball at him.

"Grey sword!" Zwart shout as he cut the attack in half as the halves explodes behind him. "Grace cross freezer!" Metalgarurumon shout as he fires his missiles to try and freeze the knight, but Zwart use his cape to deflect them. "Laser cannon!" Metallicdramon shout as she shot the laser at him. When the smoke clears Zwart stood there unimpressed. "Is that all?" He ask as he tilt his head at us. "Then try this True divine pierce!" Blanc shout as she shot at him as Zwart just took it like it was nothing. "Shit how much damage can this guy take?' Hiandromon ask. "I don't know, he strong." I said worry. "He still a fake, let show hi the real deal." Wargreymon said. "Right." Metalgarurumon said.

Omnimon vs Omnimon Zwart

Omnimon stare at Zwart as the black knight chuckles. "So, you finally appear, let us see who is the true Omnimon." He said as he charges at Omnimon and swung his sword. Omnimon use his to block Zwart and move back. "Transcendent sword!" He shout as he shot the energy slash at him. "Grey sword!" Zwart shout as he shot his attack to cancel out Omnimon as he then aims at his holy counterpart with his cannon. "Garuru cannon!" He shout as he shot the blast. Omnimon charge and dodge the blast in time as he got close to Zwart. He was able to knell the black knight in the chest to knock the air out of him. Omnimon then aim his cannon at him. "Supreme cannon!" He shout as he shot Zwart at point blank causing him to slide back leaving a trench. When he stops Zwart saw there was a small crack in his chest. He starts to laugh. "Well done, you were able to hurt me. Guess I can get serious now." He said as Parallelmon appears. "Lord Grimmon have seen enough, its time to return." Parallelmon said. Zwart nod as he looks to Omnimon. "Get stronger Omnimon, for the next time we meet I will defeat you." He said as the two of them vanish.

We soon change back to normal. "Damnit, he got away." Jerico shout. "Yeah, Omnimon Zwart, he was powerful we need to up our game to beat him." Ryo said. "Agreed, he could be the most powerful soldier Grimmon have now. We need to be ready for next time." I said. "Jeri, can we go home?" Ai said. Jeri smile at her. "Of course the rain is starting to pick up." She said. "Yeah let get out of here." i said as we got moving. Omnimon Zwart, make me wonder what else Grimmon have up his sleeves.
