Hello everyone!
I hope you all are doing good.
I am SO sorry it took me so long to post this chapter. I've had it ready for a little while, but I've had some trouble with my Fanfic AND Wattpad accounts. But that's all taken care of now, so I'm back.
With that said, this is actually it. This is the last chapter of this Spin off story. So, without further ado, here it is, chapter 7.
Enjoy!
Chapter 7.
The rest of the summer you spent having an amazing time together with your friends and family. You went camping, to Anna's annoyance because she always got bitten by mosquitoes, you and Elsa went on plenty of movie dates together, and all of you went to beach frequently, you and Kristoff even getting sunburned.
Way too soon the last week of summer was already upon you, and Anna went with you to the store to buy groceries for the annual end of summer BBQ that you had always had ever since you were in first grade.
"(F/N)…" Anna whined and you looked at her.
"What? Something wrong?"
Anna sighed.
"I'm just bummed that I have to go back to school. I don't want to take classes anymore. They're SOOOO boring!"
You just raised an eyebrow.
"But they are mostly elective ones, Anna. You CHOSE those classes yourself." You pointed out.
Anna nodded slightly.
"Yeah I know but…I still have to take science AND math." She said as she made a face.
"Hey, don't worry about it. I'll help you out the best I can with your homework. I promise." You said as you patted her shoulder.
"Pinky promise?" She asked as she held out her pinky.
You just smiled and nodded.
"I pinky swear." You said as you locked your pinky with Anna's.
"Now, come on. Let's finish this shopping and get out of here." You suggested and Anna nodded in agreement. You finished your shopping and returned home to help the others prepare the BBQ.
When you got back home, you all helped finish everything up. Anna and Elsa helped Iduna make the condiments while you and Agnarr prepared the terrace. You cleaned and set the table and Agnarr fired up the grill.
When everything was ready Kristoff, Hans and Vanessa arrived, bringing with them some food as well.
Kevin was the last person to arrive and he pulled out some fireworks he had bought for the occasion.
"I hope it's ok." He said and Agnarr smiled.
"Of course. I'll put the fireworks in the shed till later."
Later that night you were all sitting on the terrace, having a delicious BBQ as you reminisced about your summer.
"Remember when you got sunburned, (F/N)?" Anna snickered as you groaned.
"Yes Anna….you don't have to remind me."
"Elsa even had to put a very thin layer of ice on your back to soothe the pain. And all just because you were stubborn enough and refused to put on sun lotion."
You facepalmed yourself.
"I wasn't the only one getting sunburned. Kristoff got sunburned too." You pointed out.
"True, but not as bad as you." Anna chuckled.
"Anna, that's enough." You said calmly, but firmly.
Anna smirked.
"Ok ok, I'm done."
People around the table shook their heads.
"So, what are your plans for next year?" Iduna asked.
"Well, I'm going to community college with Kristoff, Vanessa and Elsa. Hans and Kevin will both start university and then travel overseas for a year, next year. Anna on the other hand, still has a year left of High School, starting Monday." You said.
Anna gave you a death glare before she made a face and groaned.
"Urgh…Don't remind me. I already told you I'm sick and tired of school."
You leaned back in your chair.
"And I already told you most of your classes are elective ones."
That made Anna stay quiet as she couldn't come up with an argument.
"Now now, easy you two." Iduna said.
"Sorry." Anna mumbled.
You patted her shoulder.
"Don't worry. As I promised, I'll help you the best I can. You can do this."
Anna smiled.
"Thanks."
After a while, the sun had set and the moon lit up the night sky. That's when Agnarr went to the shed and came back with the fireworks Kevin had bought for the occasion.
"Are you all ready?" He asked and smiled as his question was met with cheers of excitement.
As Agnarr was lighting up the fireworks in the back yard, Iduna was standing on the terrace watching. Anna sat together with Kristoff, Hans together with Vanessa and Kevin sat in a chair by himself.
The firework was amazing and Kristoff looked at Kevin.
"Good choice of fireworks, Kevin." He said.
Kevin nodded and smiled.
"Thanks. I hoped you guys would like it." He said as he took a sip of his can of coke.
You sat together with Elsa on a blanket watching it.
You looked at her and smiled.
"So, did you enjoy your first summer as a human, Elsa?" You asked.
She looked at you and smiled back.
"Oh, (F/N), it's been the most wonderful summer I could have ever had. I got to spend all this time with all my friends, my boyfriend and my family. And I got to do all these amazing things with everyone."
You chuckled as you smiled.
"Couldn't have wished for a better summer then, huh?"
Elsa nodded but then, suddenly, she got a bit lost in thoughts.
You looked at her, a bit puzzled.
"Elsa? Is something on your mind?"
She shook her head, but then got up.
"Will you come with me?" She asked.
You too got up and followed her to the other side of the house.
"What's up?" You asked a bit confused.
"(F/N), do you remember your three wishes?" Elsa asked as she turned around and looked at you.
You smiled.
"Of course I do. First one: For you to come to school with me, second one: putting out that fire and healing everyone who got hurt and the last one: to set you free. Oh, and that free wish for making Olaf able to talk." You said, listing up all the wishes Elsa had granted you.
Elsa smiled back and nodded.
"(F/N), I noticed that you never made a wish for yourself." She said calmly.
You could see where this was going so you opened your mouth to say something, but Elsa was quick to gently place a finger on your lips.
"I know what you're going to say, but just this once, think of something you want. Think of this as my last true act as a genie. So, what is it you wish for?" She asked.
You looked at her for a few seconds before you smiled a bit more.
"Heh. Alright. Elsa, I wish for you to kiss me." You said without hesitation.
Elsa tried to say something but this time it was your turn to place a finger on her lips.
"Elsa. I have the best of friends, amazing parents and sister, and an even more amazing girlfriend. I already have everything I could ever wish for. So that is my wish." You said.
Elsa looked at you as she slowly smiled. This was just who you were. And that was why she loved you so much.
"Very well. Your wish is granted." She said as she hugged you close.
You both leaned in and your lips touched just as the final firework went off, lighting up the dark night sky.
After the fireworks it was time to wrap up the BBQ. Hans, Vanessa and Kevin left, but not before Iduna insisted they take home leftovers, since there was a lot of food left. You helped with the cleaning and in not too long, the house looked spotless again.
You yawned, feeling pretty tired.
"Mom, dad, I'm going to bed." You said as you headed upstairs.
"Sleep well, honey." Iduna said and you smiled as you headed for your room.
As you laid down, Elsa came in.
"(F/N), is it ok if we spend the night together?" She asked.
You smiled as you sat up in your bed.
"Of course. You know I would never say no to that." You said as you made space for her.
She laid down in your arms and you gently wrapped your arms around her.
As you laid there, Elsa soon fell asleep, but your mind was drifting, even though you were sleepy.
"Something bothering you, (F/N)?" Olaf asked from his cage.
You looked at him and smiled.
"No, I'm just thinking about how much my life has changed for the better the past year, AND how much it's going to change now that I'm no longer a High School student." You whispered to not wake Elsa up.
"Nervous?" Olaf asked, but you shook your head and smiled down at the sleeping Elsa in your arms.
"No, Olaf. I'm not nervous. Because after all we've been through, I know we'll be ok, no matter what happens. And I'm also the happiest man on Earth because I have her." You said, stroking your hand through Elsa's platinum blonde hair.
She did not wake up.
Olaf smiled.
"That's good F(N/). Now, you should get some sleep. You have an exciting time ahead of you. You all do."
You smiled as you slowly closed your eyes.
"I know Olaf…Good night my furry best friend. I'll see you tomorrow." You whispered as you drifted off to sleep.
Olaf look up at the moon through the bed room window, before he looked back at the sleeping you.
"Good night, (F/N). Good night Elsa. Sleep well, both of you."
Here we are.
