Manny- So, Emma, are you going on that date tonight?
Emma- No. I don't have a date anymore. But I think guys have been climbing all over you for one, am I right?
Manny- Yeah. But none of them are people I like.
Emma- Too bad. Got your eye on someone certain?
Manny- Yep. But it doesn't look like they're interested.
Emma- Well, go try your luck at 'em.
Manny- They're never going to notice me!
Emma- Sure they will... and by the way, who is this PERSON anyway?
Manny- Uh... I... um... I have to go! see ya!
Manny walks away. Emma seems confused
Emma- Oh well. Maybe she'll tell me another day.

Toby- Are you going to ask Manny out yet?
JT- Does it occur to you that maybe I've moved on from her?
Toby- No.
JT- whatever. anyway, what do you think of Amanda, the new girl?
Toby- Oh, the blondie over there? She's okay, I guess...
JT- TOBY! are you CRAZY?!
Toby- I guess so
JT- She's SUPER hot!
Toby- Maybe to you, but not to me. She looks like your regular blondie girl from the states.
JT- but she's not any ORDINARY girl, she's AMANDA!
Toby- Ok. I guess you have a point, she has a name, all people do,
JT- but she's SPECIAL!
Toby- sure she is. so now you and the manny thing is like, extinct?
JT- WAY MORE than extinct... pre-historic BEFORE pre-historic!
Toby- sure, ok, then.
Toby walks away, and JT stares at Amanda, not taking his eyes off her. Manny walks up
Manny- Uhm, JT?
JT- yeah...?
Manny- could you move? you're in front of my locker.
JT- oh, what? oh yeah, sure. see ya around.
JT walks away, leaving Manny behind
Manny- UGH! I just BLEW IT!
