Another poem for Wolf's Rain, this one is about my own take on what's going to happen in the end, I haven't seen any of the ending episodes.. It's about all of the wolves this time. If you get confused at the end is a more story-like summary, and I'm not sure if Blue will be here or not so I've left it a little vague.
Can You Hear The Rain Fall?
In the ruined city, shots echo from the walls.
The humans are fighting, with a blast the keep falls.
From the sky comes the rain, there is no cloud in sight.
The humans take no notice, so absorbed in their fight,
To the humans it is silent, but to the wolves it is loud.
With a burst of speed, we flee from the crowd.
It's the Wolf's Rain, it's calling us away.
We're being swept from the lands, into the flower's way.
The rain cascades down and soaks us all.
The humans look up, at the rainfall.
The humans in the streets stop fighting out of fear.
We wolves run on, we know the end is near.
Up ahead the white flowers bloom in bright silver light,
We wolves run on, but the humans have a fright.
A gateway in the heavens, a stairway to down below,
We wolves run on, in it's bright silver glow.
We burst through the doorway, into someplace nice.
We've finally made it, made it to Paradise.
Can you hear the rain fall? We can, can you?
The wolves are fighting in Jagura's streets alongside human soldiers who are fighting the black knights. The dome's been broken open so they can see the sky and then it starts to rain, but there are no rain clouds. Nobody notices except the wolves, because the humans can't hear it, but the wolves stop fighting and begin to run towards the center of the city. When the rain soaks everybody the humans notice but they're scared of it because they can't hear it and no matter what they cover themselves with the rain wets them anyways. Ahead of the wolves blooms a path of lunar flowers and they glow silver and rise into the air above Jagura's ruined keep. At the end of the path is some kind of doorway in the air, and it's glowing bright silver. The wolves run up the path, illuminated in it's light, and go through where they find themselves in Paradise. The question at the end... I'm not going to say what that's there for, you can guess though!
