Chapter 11
The day after.
Suiryu made certain he put him to work. Sukuna was now in charge of taking down the stage… carefully and by hand. "No curse energy, no slacking, got it!" Suiryu ordered.
He sneered but didn't argue. This will keep him busy for a while, as such, Suiryu knew he had to do something rather… unpleasant. As much as he wants to be the fun uncle, he knows it's time to tell Kiyoshi how serious of a matter it is to associate with Sukuna.
With that in mind, he went to the domain once more. Kiyoshi was peering about, perhaps trying to find Sukuna when Suiryu said. "He's busy,"
Instantly, his nephew was startled, but shied away. "Don't tell papa…" he whispered meekly.
He sighed aloud. "We need to have a talk kiddo, come with me." Suiryu scooped Kiyoshi into his arms, and then, teleported instantly. The moment they arrived in a new location. Kiyoshi froze. Suiryu gently put him down as he took in the sights before him. The place was like a wasteland. "This is Shibuya, once a thriving city but has been reduced to this from an attack years ago. But look right over there."
He pointed to a vast, open space. Kiyoshi looked confused. "What is that?"
"That's where thousands of people use to live, in fact that would be a city block, but… it was erased from this world. All those people who were caught up in this… they didn't survive."
He was scared, Kiyoshi trembled as he clenched on to Suiryu's leg. "Who… who could do that to people?"
Suiryu leaned down, he looked Kiyoshi in the eyes and said. "You need to know something about me, because I wasn't always your father's twin. That only happened recently, but that's another story. What you need to know is this, where I came from before… I use to be part of Sukuna." He said gently.
Kiyoshi looked him over but nodded. "I knew that, but, why does that matter?"
"Because, Sukuna is a bad person. I was created from a small grit of sand, that was all the goodness he had in his soul. This here… those who died in that attack… that was caused by Sukuna." Suiryu said. Kiyoshi froze but then became angry.
"NO, THAT'S NOT TRUE!" he protested.
"It is, for I was part of him when he did this, but that's not the worst of what I have to tell you. For you see, Sukuna at the time was sealed away as a curse object, until he obtained a vessel. One created just for him to contain him, it didn't matter whose life it belonged to before he took control, and he merely wanted a new body to continue the terror he brought upon the world a thousand years ago."
"YOU'RE LYING!" Kiyoshi shouted.
"Listen well, because, who Sukuna took possession of before he got his own body… was your father."
Kiyoshi froze.
He wanted to argue by the looks of it, but Suiryu kept a straight face to him. "Papa… papa was Sukuna?"
"Close, but not quite. Your father did the best he could to prevent him from hurting people, and he did hurt many, sometimes your father was knocked out, when that happened, Sukuna took control. This is what happened when he took over one time, he killed many without hesitation or remorse."
"Why… why would he do that? He's nice to me!"
"He's always nice to those who have something he wants. He knows you too well, Kiyoshi. He knows you are very trusting of him if he speaks softly to you; he plays with you to let your guard down. He won't act like himself to ensure he gets what he desires in the end. Your father is very scared because of this, it's why he has been so stern with you to stay away from Sukuna. He and I know what he is really like,"
He was silent on the matter. Kiyoshi peered at the empty space within the city once more, but shook his head of it all. He suddenly grabbed Suiryu's leg once more. "I want to go home," he whispered.
Suiryu obliged, he brought Kiyoshi back, but sat him down. "Promise me, you won't go to Sukuna anymore. We will find other fun stuff for you to do, but he cannot be part of it. Understand?"
He kept silent.
Suiryu sighed aloud not knowing if his words got through to him, but he's done all he can at this point. "You're father wouldn't let anything happen to you, but, if you keep doing this, looking for Sukuna and not tell us you are doing so and Sukuna does something bad, we won't have a way of knowing if you don't tell us." He patted the top of Kiyoshi's head. "Don't hate your dad for being scared for you."
With his peace spoken. Suiryu sighed aloud as he went to find his now fiancé!

Sukuna was dismantling the stage… by hand… as ordered.
He has been working on it for a few hours now and made good progress, the only thing was… "Why the hell can't I do this in my natural form!?" he cussed. He would have been down twice as fast if he could use his other arms. He would be done now if he could use his curse energy!
"That knock off, thinks he is in command of the situation…"
"Master…" he heard a whisper.
To his left, he saw them hidden. Uraume. He smiled to them. "I take it things are going accordingly?" he asked.
"But of course! Are we going forward as planned?"
"Yes, in fact, I am speeding up the plan now… as soon as I finish my labour…" he said yet did so in a disgruntled tone. "Give me a few weeks, I will take this damn thing apart. Also, the brat of the brat likes to go to the temple where I encountered you and the others. We will make our move then and there."
Uraume smiled. "But of course, I will even prepare a snack for you as we prepare the vessel."
"See that you do, I haven't had anything good in a while."
When Uraume vanished, a part of him felt odd… Hadn't had anything good in a while… that was a lie. The food here has been to his taste oddly enough, he hasn't been deprived… perhaps he was merely fishing for sympathy to have his favourite dish made. If anyone knew what he craved, it was Uraume.
Which made his labour all the more easier to do with that thought in mind. Soon, he began to dream of it, even dared to think of the taste of human flesh once more dancing over his pallet. That supple, tender meat with little resistance against his teeth, Uraume knew how to make the flesh remain intact and not turn to mush after the cooking process. Even raw they have a method to ensure it's not mush the moment you chew upon it.
Ah, such decadence he will have again!
The thought of it all actually sped up his work. He took down the stage in three days without curse energy or the use of his extra arms. But now, it was time to put his plan in motion.
Unaware there was another setting off a plan of their own…
