scaryorange - The Atlas always had shamans, it's just that there never were enough of them, or the shamans tribes, for the shaman fight to take place there. As for what happened to that plot point, it was mostly used as a small detail about the world and at this point it just kinda went into the total background.

BrainWork27 - I don't really want for Jaune to use scythe as a weapon as I already think that I made Summer a little bit too similar to Ruby, I know that she's her mother so it's natural for them to be similar but still, and them having the same weapon would make them almost indistinguishable.

The excited roars of the audience were deafening. The crowds watching them seemed unbelievably huge from their perspective and the spiritual screen right above them that was supposed to be merely a way for the people watching them to have a clearer picture of the fight looked frighteningly huge from the center of the arena.

It was the last fight of the day and it appeared that this fact alone was more than enough to bring a small crowd of people into the audience, even if the only reason for that was lack of other things to do in the village.

Their opponents, Team Wild Might, finally made their way to the battlegrounds as well and, just like them, they looked nervous.

Team Wild Might was made out of four different faunus who, from the way they dressed in what was essentially summer clothes, appeared to all be from Menagerie. The fact that one of them had a White Fang mask casually hanging off of their belt like it was just some random souvenir certainly helped to solidify that image.

Jaune and his friends had to wince a little as the crowd's cheer suddenly drastically increased in volume, signifying that Radim had likely appeared on the spiritual screen to introduce their teams.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, as you all are probably well aware this very fight will be the last one of the first day in the Tribes Village and because of that very reason the Great Spirit and us have prepared something special to end this first day with a bang!" Radim shouted excitedly and his voice was somehow even louder in the arena than it was when they were in the audience.

Another wave of cheers exploded from the audience and they, together with their opponents, could only share a single wry look between each other at the attention they were gathering.

"From the north of the arena we have a team that many of you have probably never met as they were one of the very first arrivals to the United Tribes Village!" Radim said with a flair that instantly made the majority of the audience invested. "They came here from a place that many consider to be the second capital of shamanic traditions, Menagerie and they worked together way before the Shaman Fight even began, make some noise for the one and only, Team Wild Might!"

Almost predictably at this point, the audience erupted in cheers and the faunus part of the audience seemed to be especially loud in their cheering as some of them even started throwing White Fang masks high into the air.

"You know if it was any other tournament this very scene would have been considered a terrorist manifesto." Whitley said with a somewhat flabbergasted expression on his face as he watched the crowds around them go crazy.

Team Wild Might groaned in embarrassment as one and their supposed team leader, a hedgehog faunus who had the White Fang mask hanging off her belt, took a step forward towards them.

"Tell me about it. You would think that after most of these people had to travel through the entire Mistral to get here they would get a new perspective about that terrorist organization but apparently our small national pride is too strong to accept that." The hedgehog faunus sighed before shaking her head in exasperation and extending her hand. "My name's Winta, I hope that the audience won't cause you too much issues in our fight just like the fact that you are a Schnee won't anger us too much."

Whitley raised one of his eyebrows at the faunus woman.

"You do know that before my mother turned out to be a failure of a shaman my family used to be a relatively small but still respectful shamanic family, right?" The young Schnee asked their opponent only to receive an amused laugh from the faunus shaman.

"Don't worry about that. I'm only joking." Winta said with a wide smile. "Any shaman from Menagerie that's worth their salt knows that it's only the last generation of your family that's screwed up."

Whitely nodded in contentment but before he could open his mouth and answer the hedgehog faunus, Radim started their introduction.

"And from the south we have a team that some of you probably know and respect very well while at the same time those who don't know them probably wrongly assume that they are not a big deal!" Radim shouted, feeding the excitement and curiosity in the entire audience. "They met back during the first round of the Shaman Fight and started from practically nothing yet through effort and determination managed to reach the third round in glory of having faced and seen most if not all the top dogs of the tournament, everyone please prepare to be amazed by the team ARCS!"

Yet another wave of cheering swept through the audience but the only cheers that were truly important for team ARCS were the ones from their friends among the crowds.

"Really? We've seen, faced, and endured so much yet the best introduction they could give us was 'they have met early and started from nothing'?" Summer pouted at the underwhelming in her opinion preface. "I could have thought of something better, and I wasn't even a professional commentator back when I was alive!"

Jaune couldn't help but chuckle a little at his guardian spirit's adorable antics.

"Well, it's not like we are actually that impressive." Jaune said while briefly scanning the crowds in the audience with his eyes. "I'm pretty sure that most of the people that are watching us had probably faced comparatively similar, if not worse, things during the previous round of the tournament. Keep in mind that they probably don't know about the secret training we went through just recently."

"Secret training?" One of team Wild Might members, a rabbit faunus with a rather scarred face, asked while raising his eyebrow before any answer could be given to him, however, the countdown for their fight had finally started.

"10"

"Sorry, I can't answer that." Chocolove said with a smirk. "It's in the name, it's a secret."

The rabbit faunus only grumbled something quietly in response before starting to prepare for a fight and moving a little bit back to not be the very first person to take a hit in a team fight between shamans.

"9"

Team Wild Might almost as one started forming their Over Souls. The way that none of them got in each other's way despite standing so tightly and the synchronization in their movements clearly displayed the teamwork that team possessed.

At the same time team ARCS only just began to organize into coherent formation without even starting to bother with creating any Over Souls yet.

"8"

The first Over Souls of team wild might had already formed as the leader of the team together with another member, who appeared to be a rather young raccoon faunus, managed to gather and control enough Furyoku into their medium in less than a single second.

It was hard to say whether the low time to form their Over Souls was because of the incredibly high level of control they had over their Furyoku or if the reason behind that was simply a weak Over Soul, though considering those Over Souls belonged to the leader of the team it was safer to assume that those Over Souls weren't exactly weak.

Either way it didn't change the fact that they were already prepared to fight.

Winta's, team Wild Might leader's, Over Soul appeared to be a simple spiritually powered harpoon with the spirit of some ancient faunus warrior from the Faunus revolution powering it.

As for the young raccoon faunus's Over Soul, their weapon was actually a metal cane that looked hand made with a spirit of a different older raccoon faunus inside of it. They could only speculate whether that older raccoon faunus was the child's ancestor or simply a random warrior from way back when.

"6"

At this point the other two members of team Wild Might, the rabbit faunus with a scared face and two pistols as his weapons as well as kangaroo faunus with what looked like spiritually empowered knuckle dusters, had finished their Over Souls and team ARCS finally decided that it was a high time they began the processes of forming their Over Souls as well.

Although the third round of the tournament didn't require shamans to have their Over Soul formed the moment the battle begun, like the first one did, not having formed their Over Soul before the start of the fight wasn't really a good idea, especially when their opponents would likely take any opportunity to gain advantage even if that advantage came at the cost of attacking unarmed enemy.

Unlike team Wild Might members' Over Souls that were created without much fanfare, team ARCS Over Soul formation could have been considered an event in it of itself with air being chaotically pushed and pulled around by the strands of Furyoku rapidly moving towards their weapons to either form completely new weapons out of spiritual energy or empower their items to allow them to use their miraculous abilities.

"5"

Team Wild Might had, quite smartly, decided to take a couple steps back in face of the frankly massive amounts of Furyoku that were used to form team ARCS Over Souls.

Despite the fact that most of their Over Souls were still quite far from being finished, the process of their formation was an incredible sight to see. Gasps and gazes of awe quickly spread through the audience as everyone quietened down a little to watch with full focus on what was happening.

"4"

Two of team Wild Might members gulped in nervousness before taking yet another step back and the very first of team ARCS Over Souls had finally formed as Whitley's sword glowed with spiritual energy before a giant of pure spiritual steel began slowly rising from the ground under him.

While the sight of Whitley's new Over Soul wasn't entirely new at this point for the rest of team ARCS as all of them had the chance to see it before already, they still couldn't help but grin subtly at the giant that was going to fight alongside them.

"Woah." The awe over the steel giant wasn't exclusive to team ARCS it seemed as many of the weaker, and even more powerful, shamans from the audience couldn't stop themselves from feeling awe and dread while looking at the grounds of the arena shaking slightly during the reveal of the giant.

"3"

The ground shook violently as the giant's arm finished its formation and started to push the ground as if to lift the huge golem from under the ground.

At the same time winds concentrated around Ren with his dagger, his Over Soul's medium, at its very center while slowly lifting the long haired boy from the ground and creating huge vortexes around him. The dagger, at which all of those winds had gathered, quickly became the core of an intimidating longbow made entirely out of currents of winds and countless small whirlwinds.

"2"

With only a second left before the battle began Chocolove managed to just barely form his Over Soul as almost his entire body was covered with a spiritual armor which looked like a supernaturally hardened jaguar skin, that wouldn't look out of place on a tribal warrior from hundreds of years ago.

From afar it was hard to see whether the medium used for Chocolove's Over Soul were simply his combat claws or if he was using all of the clothes on his body to keep up the Over Soul.

"1"

With the countdown over the fight had finally started yet despite the fact that his teammates and opponents had already jumped into the fray and launched their first attacks, Jaune couldn't do anything besides standing in place and forcefully gathering Furyoku as his Over Soul just refused to form.

No matter how much Furyoku he tried to force into his wooden staff or how he and Summer tried to change their usual method, every time they were close to finishing their Over Soul something was always stopping them, they couldn't even properly tell what it was as the closest answer they could give as to why it didn't work was that 'something just didn't feel right'.

Thankfully, a quick glance at the battle before him showed him that his friends were managing quite well without him so he wasn't under too much pressure, at least until one of the opponents didn't realize that he was an easy target, that was.

...

In the audience...

...

Watching a fight between two teams of shamans while not actually being spiritually aware was quite an unusual experience, especially when the distance between the fight and the spectators was so large that the chance of getting hit by some impossible to see stray attack was next to zero.

On one hand, seeing all of those physics-defying feats like flying without the use of any Semblance or standing on solid air dozens of meters above the ground was certainly impressive and inspiring. The Over Souls allowed shamans to do quite a lot of bizarre things while being able to see them, and when those bizarre abilities were invisible to them the fights started to look even more freaky.

On the other hand, without being able to see the close up of the fight from the spiritual screen that all the shamans were apparently seeing, the battles oftentimes turned into unrecognizable scenes of distant people flying around and shouting some things at each other.

That was why Ruby and her team had to keep asking Oscar and team Singer's Revenge about what was happening every few seconds in order to even know what was really happening.

"Woah! Renny flew so high! How did he do that? He wasn't launched into the air by one of their opponents, was he?" A couple tired groans were the response to Nora's question as all the people capable of watching the fight and willing to talk to them were slowly regretting promising to answer any question they might have about the fight earlier that day.

As it turned out, having to interrupt watching such an interesting fight to answer a few questions every couple of seconds could become quite annoying relatively quickly, doubly so when the person asking the question was as energetic as Nora.

Ruby smiled wryly before shooting a pitiful look at Oscar, towards whom the question was targeted, sometimes she really wondered how Ren cultivated such a never-ending patience for his childhood friend, she knew she wouldn't be able to keep such a composure for more than a few years if Yang was half as full of energy as Nora was.

She wasn't going to say something and help the young shaman though, it was her mother's fight and she for sure wasn't going to pass on any information related to it, even if that info had to be acquired at the cost of her friends' annoyance.

"No, Ren wasn't thrown away by one of his enemies' attacks. It's just his new Over Soul that allows him to fly using some sort of tornado around his legs." Oscar answered with a groan. At the very least, it finally wasn't Ozpin who was controlling the boy, apparently even immortals from thousands of years ago were capable of getting too tired of answering basic questions about what was happening before them.

Ruby chuckled a little. If it wasn't for the clear curiosity and excitement in Nora's voice she would have thought that the older girl kept asking so many questions to tire Ozpin out and let Oscar live a little.

Although if that was truly the energetic girl's goal then she wouldn't mind helping a little as she also had a couple questions she wanted to ask about what was happening in that fight.

"Why is Jaune standing still since the beginning of the fight?" Ruby tilted her head a little, it took her a while to notice because of how far she was from the fight but after a couple seconds of carefully scanning the battlefield she was finally able to see that rather clearly. "Is it also because of his new Over Soul? It surely doesn't look like an upgrade to his previous fighting style considering how mobile he was before."

When she said that she actually expected another loud groan from at least one of her shaman friends but instead of that she received a couple of worried and slightly curious hums.

"No, it's not." Sharona was the one to answer her question as she shook her head. "Jaune would never create an Over Soul that binds him to a single place like that, the reason behind his lack of movement is the fact that for some reason he doesn't seem capable of forming his Over Soul."

Team RWBY's and Nora's eyes intermediately widened in surprise and worry.

They might not have been shamans themselves but they were well aware how important an Over Soul was for a shaman in combat. Without them most of the shamans were basically unarmed and not being able to form his for sure made Jaune the biggest target on the arena.

"Don't worry!" Before they could drown in their worry for a friend, Oscar tried to reassure them a little. "The rest of Jaune's team is doing splendidly against Team Wild Might and I'm sure that they will manage to win even without him fighting."

The reassurance didn't put them at ease however as the current fight was only a momentary problem, if Jaune wouldn't be able to form his Over Soul by the end of this fight then who was to say that he would be able to in a fight against more powerful opponents later down the line. They already knew that many of the shamans were easily capable of killing even stronger foes, completely annihilating someone who couldn't arm themselves shouldn't be an issue for such shamans at all.

Ruby gulped nervously.

She didn't know how this fight would end but she was sure of one thing, after that first fight was over she was going to do everything in her might to make sure that there wouldn't be any such issues in the future and if doing that would mean forcing her friends to properly train and explore their powers than she would gladly try becoming a little bit cruel for that goal.

Although she didn't know that at the moment of thinking that but her making that promise to herself would later lead to a hellish training her shaman friends would remember their entire life as the worst and most tedious exercise they ever had to go through in their lives.

For now though, they were still blissfully occupied with their first fight of the penultimate round of the Shaman King Tournament not knowing what awaited them.

...

Back in the arena...

...

Steel giant blocked any of their enemies' attempts at moving forward, powerful wind arrows flew through the air, and Chocolove with his Jaguar armor prayed upon the outliers of the enemy team.

If it wasn't for the fact that Jaune practically wasn't in the fight at all, it would have probably been already over.

Despite the awkward and dangerous situation he was in, Jaune couldn't help but to feel a little bit relieved because of this fight. If their opponents weren't so much weaker than them that they could effectively fight against them without his help then he was certain that the fight wouldn't have been nearly half as close as it was right now, three against four relatively equal opponents wouldn't really become an even fight.

He could only hope that fighting with such a handicap during their first team fight of the tournament wasn't going to turn him and his team into some villainous jerks in the eyes of other shamans. They were in a disadvantageous position already, adding more enemies to the mix for no good reason would be quite troubling for them.

Luckily, from the loud cheers he could hear from the audience, it seemed that other shamans weren't seeing his failure to form an Over Soul as that yet.

Right now these people were most likely beyond elated from the fact that they would be able to fight against a team with one less member to worry about later down the tournament.

Jaune grumbled a little before jumping back after noticing some stray water projectile flying at him from the hedgehog faunus's attack. He couldn't make himself too much of an easy target for anyone or those stray attacks would soon stop being so unintentional.

The ground around the arena shook as Whitley's steel giant charged at the enemy team in retaliation.

Team Wild Might instantly spread throughout the arena as Whitley's Over Soul was simply too large for anyone to simply dodge the attack away. It didn't take a genius to realize that it wasn't really safe to stay in a tight group when fighting against them, especially when a single proper attack from the young Schnee shaman was capable of covering over one-fifth of the entire arena.

That new fully spread-out formation of team Wild Might, that normally would leave the full faunus team open for many unfavorable attacks, came with a couple of annoying issues for team ARCS however.

For one, without Jaune in the fight to capitalize on the disarray in the enemies ranks they would always run into the issue of having to fight three against four whenever one of the opponents would get help from the other team Wild Might members from around the arena. It probably wouldn't have been a real issue should Jaune simply wasn't in the fight at all but with him so close to the battle unarmed, he was always a clear target for their foes to move their attention towards to and one couldn't simply focus on a single enemy if they also had to protect someone from other enemies at the same time.

Jaune gritted his teeth as he dodged another stray attack that flew at him, this time it was some sort of bullet salvo from the scarred rabbit faunus, or at least he hoped it was only a stray attack without Aura or a formed Over Soul to protect himself with each of these attacks could quite quickly turn into something really deadly.

"Focus on the blond guy!" The rabbit shouted after noticing what had happened, making Jaune curse a little quietly to himself. "This guy doesn't have his Over Soul active, he's clearly the weakest link."

With the attention brought to him and a basic plan proposed by the rabbit faunus, it didn't take long for team Wild Might to launch a vicious offensive at him.

Some, if not most, of the attacks were easily stopped by his friends, especially Whitley who by simply moving his steel giant could block practically any type of attack from going through, but a couple of attacks have made their way through their attempts at blocking.

The attacks came from three directions and Jaune knew he couldn't dodge backwards or up as it would leave him open for even more attacks, which he wouldn't be able to avoid without the use of his Over Soul.

With all the safe paths of escape the barrage unavailable the only real option he had was to dash forward, away from at least one of the attacks launched at him, and hopefully just barely avoid all of the attacks that came close.

His hands were still focused on the formation of his Over Soul yet his legs moved as fast as they possibly could as each step took him another meter forward.

The spiritual wave attack from the hedgehog faunus's harpoon was rapidly getting closer, its speed only a little bit slower than his usual 'Silver Arcs' used to be before the training at the Branwen's camp, but with a proper timing he knew he would be able to survive.

The attack arrived right before his face in no time and just as he was about to get hit a careful dodge roll took him away from the danger. He didn't land exactly where he hoped to as the dodge left him a couple of good meters away from his friends but thankfully he wasn't hit directly.

Before he could stand properly and orientate himself again however, a shiver ran down his spine as a swishing sound came from right next to him.

An enemy had been waiting for him to come closer and now they were ready to finish him off.

Turning around, his mind barely capable of keeping up with what was happening, Jaune instinctively used one of his hands to reach for Crocea Mors he kept on his belt since receiving it from his father, Clement Arc.

As the hereditary sword of the Arc family was released from its sheath, Furyoku, previously solely concentrated on the wooden staff, quickly moved to cover both the items held by Jaune.

Blinding silver light shone throughout the arena as Jaune's Over Soul began to form using both wooden staff and Crocea Mors as its medium.

The enemy that tried to attack him was blown away as the pressure from the rapidly gathering Furyoku and forming of an imposing Over Soul were way too much for the faunus shaman to handle.

Every member of team Wild Might that was still trying to get to him instantly stopped in place as Jaune's weapon was revealed to the world.

An unnaturally giant spiritual pike of silver with Crocea Mors as its blade and wooden staff as its core was gripped by Jaune's right hand, familiar white cloth of Summer that often accompanied his Over Souls extended from right before the beginning of its tip and a huge glowing silver tower shield connected to the cloth's other end in Jaune's left hand.

"Wha-?" Winta, their opponents' leader, asked with a stupefied expression on her face.

Jaune shifted slightly before quickly stabbing his pike forward, easily reaching the furthest opponent and instantly breaking through their Over Soul.

Their opponents could only watch as one of their friends was just eliminated with a single attack. They were aware that if they were to take a direct hit from someone like Whitley, they would have been instantly eliminated as well but they didn't expect for such a strong attack to be both so quick and simple.

"That spear is a long range weapon!" Winta shouted with fervor as she charged at the Arc shaman while riding the spiritual waves created by her Over Soul. "You won't be able to do anything if we get closer!"

The hedgehog faunus was able to pass the distance between her and Jaune in a matter of mere seconds yet just as she was about to deliver the strike with her harpoon her weapon met the white cloth before passing cleanly through her target as Jaune disappeared from the place he was standing at.

Winta looked around her in confusion. She was certain that she would hit her opponent from such a small distance and she certainly didn't notice her Jaune move from his place, so where did the blond shaman go?

"In the sky!" The raccoon faunus shouted with alarm as she pointed upwards at the now falling blond shaman.

For Jaune having his Over Soul didn't mean only having a weapon as it also allowed him to teleport practically anywhere around him with the help of rose petals that always started to fall the moment he formed his Over Soul.

Now, dozens of meters above the ground and with his pike aimed at the enemies, he couldn't help but grin in glee as the time for his counter attack finally arrived.

"Scatter!" Winta commanded in panic.

Before team Wild Might's leader's command could have been followed however, Jaune had already thrown his pike downwards with all the strength he could muster in that short time.

While the projectile was only a silver pike that was still connected to the shield Jaune was holding, from the outsider's perspective it looked like a giant glowing silver missile falling towards the earth at a speed so high that dodging it was next to impossible.

Just as Winta, and her two remaining teammates, started to move away from each other and moving their Over Souls in blocking motions the entire arena exploded in intense blinding silver light when the pike finally reached the ground.

If there were any grimm in the arena, even huge ancient ones, they would have been reduced to complete dust when faced with that explosion. While the enemy shamans that stood on the ground weren't evaporated like an evil grimm or wicked spirit would have upon meeting that light, they still were blown away to the edges of the arena with their Over Souls shattered.

As Winta hit the ground and saw, with her barely held consciousness, that the giant pike was now away from the hands of her opponents' leader she still tried to stand up and use the remaining leftovers of her Furyoku to form yet another Over Soul and at least take down the separated weapon the other leader used.

Sadly, before she could even attempt to do that, Jaune had already used the remaining cloth on him to teleport directly next to his spiritual pike that was stuck in the ground and lift it from the ground again.

A hollow tired laugh escaped the hedgehog faunus at the sight before her.

"W-We yield." Winta said with shallow breaths before immediately collapsing onto the ground and losing consciousness with a loud thump.

The entire arena stayed in silence for a few seconds as everybody's minds worked to process the last few seconds of the battle before a loud excited cheer erupted from the audience and the spiritual screen above them.

"Well folks, it looks like we have the final winner of this very first day and they are team ARCS!" Radim shouted loudly to the microphone as the cheers only multiplied in volume.

The tribal shaman commentator waited for a couple long seconds before the crowds quietened down a little before continuing with almost just as much energy as he had at the start of the day.

"Now, make some noise, get some rest, but most importantly stay both focused and excited as the first day's over and you could be the ones facing such challenges tomorrow!" The crowd let out a quick but still loud cheer in response. "All of those people that have fought today won't be having any fight for the next five days and even those who had lost their chance at continuing today with the tournament are still allowed to enjoy their stay in the Tribes Village and watch the rest of the tournament."

That announcement brought some well earned relieved sighs from all the people who had lost earlier that day.

"The only thing left for me to say is that I hope those whose turn to fight is going to be tomorrow will not disappoint us after such a grand showing on the opening day but we will have to find out tomorrow and until that time I can only wish you a good night!" The spiritual screen faded out of existence after Radim's final words of the day and people finally began to disperse after the first day of almost non-stop action.

Just as everyone started leaving Jaune turned towards the team he had just defeated, they probably would be taken to safety and some medical clinic or hospital in a few minutes, though it wasn't like they couldn't help them get there a bit earlier themselves.

Jaune sighed, it was going to be a bit of work but it was something they should do, especially since they were the ones responsible for the states of their opponents.

He could only hope that he wasn't going to be forced by his teammates to carry all four of their opponents alone seeing as he was technically the one who knocked them out cold.

...

A couple minutes later...

...

Thankfully it turned out that the hospital, or a place that served the same function as there weren't any medical equipment present in there, was extremely close to the arena, also his friends were kind enough to help him carry the enemy team over there so even if that was further away they would have managed somehow.

"And here's the last one." Jaune said as he carefully laid down the leader of team Wild Might on one of the free beds in the room.

The room itself looked rather ancient, the longer he was in the Tribes Village the more Jaune learned that the word 'ancient' fit to describe just about everything that could be found in it, but one could easily see that the tribe responsible for healing the wounded shamans took great care in making sure that the place was clean and free of any possibly harmful bacteria or viruses.

However, Jaune had to wonder if that was even necessary in the first place when all the treatments would probably end up being done through the use of some healing Over Soul that one of the judges in the tournament was bound to have.

"Thank you." A kind looking older woman, who undoubtedly was an incredibly capable shaman on her own, said with a gentle smile. "Even though it wasn't strictly necessary to bring them here as we could have simply healed them in the arena, it still will make our job both easier and more effective in a controlled environment like this."

"You're welcome." Jaune answered courtly before turning around and getting ready to leave with his team after seeing the older woman forming an Over Soul with a spirit of some sort of mythical deer, supposedly with the power of rejuvenation related to it.

As they left behind the first team they defeated, in the hospital, Jaune couldn't help but feel some pride and glee at the fact that their position in the tournament was solidified even more than before.

It truly looked like only bright things were ahead of them.

"Jaune, since tomorrow morning you will all be going through a really tough training." Ruby said sternly with Summer standing right besides her, fully mimicking her expression, the exact moment they opened the doors of the hospital to see them outside. "Just because your power has risen considerably, it doesn't mean that you are fully capable of utilizing it yet and we will have to change that."

Jaune could only groan incomprehensibly in response, he had already tasted how brutal Summer training could be during the first round of the tournament, he didn't want to find out what sort of torture she would think of after knowing that he grew in strength both spiritual and physical.

The only saving grace in this training was that, from the looks of the other girls of team RWBY and Nora, it appeared that this time he would have some partners to share the pain with.

And Cut!

Jaune and the boys are about to get some good old huntsman training and the first fight's over. All of the team Wild Might members were faunus with animals based on platformer games, by the way.

Anyway, that's it for now, see ya later!
