Devil's Advocate
Chapter Seven
An aide named Missy working for the faculty and housekeeping had to check on one of the residents. She needed to clean Pamela's bathroom as per schedule with each and every shift.
She had no idea whether or not Pamela Martins will be in her quarters since she doesn't have lunch in the dining room for the first seating. She was moving her table filled with cleaned towels and other essentials for the change.
The corridor had been empty at the movement in spite of the fact it was lunch at the moment. Taking out her duplicate key for all of the rooms in this particular section.
Exhaling. She used the key with the green light to be working as the signal had gone to the main control room. The door slightly opened as the room was quiet, even though she moved inside the bedroom.
Turning briefly with Pamela having to be a neat freak at times. However, at this time Missy screamed dropping the key as she sees her body with crimson all over the grey rug.
Bending down with her nerves on edge. She checked for a pulse only to find nothing at all and noticed that her hair had been cut off.
"OMG!" she cried out grabbing the scanner on her hip to call in the emergency.
Meanwhile, Al and Roxanne had been standing at the front desk going over different Resident's complaints when they heard the emergency call from Missy.
Roxanne grabbed her scanner as well placing the black scanner against her face. "What's wrong Missy?" she inquired with Al checking all of the cameras.
"I have Pamela dead on the rug in her room. She has been cut to pieces with some sort of knife. I wasn't able to see anyone Roxanne. Call the police since poor Pamela is dead alone with her hair had been cut as well." she tells her with a deep exhale.
"I will call them since they are here another resident had been killed as well. It looks like we have a serial killer on our hands?" she noted turning to Al for anything that he was able to see anything on the screens.
"Nothing at all, Roxanne," he responded by picking up the phone to call those here from the Yonkers, police department.
"I will advise the others as to what exactly is going on." she had gotten on the scanner turning it to the proper scanner to advise everyone of the death of the resident on the first floor.
