Chapter 4: The Progress

Bendy was awaken in the bottom of the ink lake which is dark as dark can be, he looks around and said "Where am I? What is this place?" He wondered as he held his breathe. As he looks up, he began to swims to up as he tried to find the surface.

As he almost reaches the surface, suddenly a hands of what appears to be the Ink Demon appears under him. Bendy was shocked, panicked, and hurry to swam to the surface, until the Ink Demon manage to grab his hands while Bendy was trying to reach the surface and pulled him into the deeper part of the ink lake. Bendy was shocked, panicked, began to out of breathe and about to called for help "Help, help me! Please help me!" He yelled, while he was lying on the bed.

Once Bendy awake, he then saw Emily and Bruce, he was panicking and hugged Emily in comfort and sadness. "Bendy, what's wrong?" She asked.

Bendy wiped his tears and looked at her "I-I was having a very scary nightmare… this nightmare is about the Ink Demon who dragged me into the deepest part of the ink lake.." he explained.

"This nightmare happened twice, there are yesterday and today. It was really scary that makes me don't want to go back to that studio again and wished that Ink Demon wasn't inside of me... I'm so scared!" He continued and cried as he covered his eyes.

"Aww, you poor thing, I'm truly sorry about that." She said as she holds Bendy's head. Bruce who was standing on front of the door, was feeling sorry about the kid, and wondering what is he gonna do to protect Bendy, especially his trauma? Until he got an idea

"Hang in there, kid." Said Bruce as he walked to them.

"What is it Bruce?" Asked Bendy as he wiped his tears and turned to him.

"Emily and I will protect of you, and help you to get rid of the Ink Demon inside of you." He said.

Bendy began to smile and walked to him and said "Ohh, t-thank you Bruce, thank you so much." As he hugged him, Bruce then pats Bendy's shoulder.

"Hey, can you and Emily sleep here? I think I need a company to get through this night." He said.

"Ugh, no, I'll be in the living room just in case. And Emily, will sleep in here to accompany you." He said.

"Oh okay, that means I can sleep on that couch." Said Emily as she pointed at the couch next to the door.

Once Bruce turns off the light and walking to the living room and closes the door of Bendy's room, Bendy then covered his body with the blanket as he took a sleep, while Emily lying on couch "Goodnight, Bendy." said Emily.

"Good night too, Emily." Said Bendy before he and Emily took a sleep.

In the morning, while Bendy was eating his breakfast, Bruce and Emily began to discuss about Bendy's condition while eating their breakfast. "Bruce, there are something I wanted to tell you about Bendy's condition." She said.

"What is it?" Asked Bruce as he stopped eating.

"I think we need a professional help for him. Because yesterday when he was in the lake he seems happy, but the trauma is too deep that makes the Ink Demon often appears, especially in his dreams." She explained.

"Yes, I agree with you, because we needed a professional help for him." Agreed Bruce as he stopped eating his breakfast.

"yeah, but how do we find a help for him?" Asked Emily.

Bruce didn't say anything rather than thinking, until he said "Wait, hold on, I think instead of professional help, there is someone who also can help him." Said Bruce

"Really, who is it?" Asked Emily

"I'll show you after we finished breakfast." Said Bruce.

They then continued their meal after discussing about helping Bendy's mental condition.

(A Few Moments Later)

After finishing his breakfast, alongside with Emily and Bendy, Bruce called Alfred to find an information about Allison. "You mean the one who split up with you after the Joey Drew Studio Incident?" Asked Alfred.

"Yes, and there's something that me, Emily, and Bendy needed a help from her." Said Bruce.

"Alright, I'll find the information about her now." said Alfred as he began to looks at his phone to searching. While Alfred searching an information for Allison, Bruce was walking to the window, and sees what appears to be a kid with the backpack who was looking at the Wayne Tower. Bruce saw it and wondered what is that kid doing in front of the Wayne Tower alone? And where is that kid's parents? So he looks at Bendy and said "Bendy, come here."

Bendy then walked to Bruce who was standing in front of the window "What is it, Bruce?" he asked.

"Bendy, is that the kid who played with you in the other day in the park?" he asked while pointing at the kid who was standing in front of the tower through the window.

"Yes, that's him, and his name is Aiden." Replied Bendy as he pointed at the boy.

"But what is he doing in front of the tower alone?" wondered Bruce.

"I don't know, maybe I can invite him here?" asked Bendy.

"If you wanted, then sure, go ahead." said Bruce.

Bendy walked to the elevator and took the elevator to the ground floor. Arrived at the ground floor, he saw Aiden who looks the building from the outside. The cartoon demon walked to the door, opened the door and called Aiden, the boy immediately ran to him. "Oh hi, Bendy!" Said Aiden.

"Aiden, how did you get here?" Asked Bendy.

"I saw you in the other day with Mr Bruce Wayne, so I thought you might be lived here. And I came by to see you." He answered.

"Oh, so, would you like to come in?" Asked Bendy.

"Sure." Answered Aiden.

The two boys entered the building and took the elevator to the upper floor. Arrived at the upper floor, Aiden meets Bruce and Emily "Oh, hello Mr Wayne, and Miss Emily, I'm Aiden." Greeted Aiden.

As Bruce looks Aiden, he began to confused and asked "Hello, and where are your parents?"

Aiden felt nervous as he realized that he had visited the place without his parents, he then began to talk "Umm… uhh… my mom… uhh… she is working."

"And did she know that you came here?" Asked Emily.

"Uhh yes, I get her permission to meet Bendy." Replied Aiden. "Okay then, just give your mom's phone number to Emily. So she can tell you that you are already here." Said Bruce.

Aiden then took his phone from his sling bag and shows his mother's phone number to Emily so she could contact her. "Here's my mom's phone number." Said Aiden while he holds his phone

"Thanks, kid." Replied Emily as she holds Aiden's phone and adds Aiden's mother's phone.

After Emily adding Aiden's mother phone number, Bendy and Aiden went to Bendy's room and playing some games belongs to Aiden while Alfred looking for an information of Allison.

While waiting for the information about Allison, Bruce began talk to Emily "Hey Emily, there's something I would like to talk."

"What is it?" Asked Emily.

"I think it's the right thing to do if Bendy spent his time with his friend. Because he really needed a friend to help him control the evil trauma." Explained Bruce.

"I agree with you Bruce. Because Bendy is really needed a friend to cheer him." Said Emily.

"But we also needed to find out if it's completely heal him or not." Said Bruce.

"Yeah, I agree with you." Replied Emily.

Oops, I heard that a game called Bendy and the Dark Revival (BATDR) will be released soon. And I tell you that this fanfiction will not have connection with BaTDR at all.
